Ac unit is amazing in the room. Wonderful selection for breakfast as well. Room is a little on the smaller side but still good, especially if you’re mainly using it to just have a place to stay. It was decently clean in there, just an older building. Overall it was a great stay.

Saubere, grosszügiges Zimmer mit 2 Betten mit gutem Komfort für 2 Reisende. Frühstück vielseitig und okay betreffend Qualität ausser der Kaffee. Whirlpool eine Option, doch nichts spezielles und etwas klein. Parkmöglichkeiten sind viele vorhanden. Preis/Leistung gut und gute Location.

Everything was great but I was charged 50 dollars CAD for something and it was t explained to me. A deposit should be redeposited back.

Expensive not happy with the stay my two nights $955 not happy about it no air condition

Everything was great. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Staff were wonderful. My only comment would be that an air conditioner would make it perfect. There is not a pool but there is a nice little sandy beach nearby and you can walk all around town.

My room 204 the water from the tub flew off so no shower on Canada they should have gave me a discount of a free room for future stay

A great hotel to stay - close to downtown and easy to walk to all areas. Staff and hotel services were friendly and appreciated.

It was a perfect place to stay as we passed through

We had a lovely stay. Room was spacias and it is centrally located and perfect for exploring. The ferry to Quadra Island is a short walk across the street. The breakfast that is included was really good (especially if you're a lover of bacon). We will definitely stay again!

Hotel price was extortion for the quality. 1. Room was average and in need of refurbishment 2. A/C was like Apollo 13 taking off and didnt really work. 3. Staff were mostly rude or elderly but friendly, it felt more like a care home than a hotel 4. Breakfast was truck stop quality 5. Free parking was just a car lot outside some local shops 6. hotel bar and restaurant was open 2 hours a day from what we saw (4 - 6pm) which is pretty useless My advice is stay elsewhere.

We had a clean and comfortable room although you could perhaps use some air conditioning. It was quite warm.

The room was clean, the ocean view was awesome, breakfast was pretty good

We absolutely loved the view. We could walk to water and we loved watching ferries cruiseships, bear and whale watching boats go out. We weren't able to get to pool or fitness center. We enjoyed the breakfast. We initially got in the room and were chilly however as time went on we got pretty warm. We figured out how to use cold air fan. We also opened window. We enjoyed our stay

Hotel had cockroaches, and parking was awful. There are barely and designated spots for hotel guests. When arriving, there were no spots in the hotel parking and I was told to park further. When I asked what they would do about the cars using up hotel parking, they said “there’s an event, so just park further.” I paid for my room and parking, but I have to be the one to park further? That makes sense. As for the roaches, there were constantly new roaches every day, including in the room. We notified staff and they did not do much. Do be fair, it does seem they had pest control trying to take care of it. Many roaches kept being found dead just outside our doors each day.

There are a few misses, but overall ok

The. First room we had was not accessible as I thought I had booked. The staff were wonderful and the following morning they showed us a newly renovated accessible room which was perfect for our needs. Throughout our stay the staff were smiling, gracious and very helpful.

Good location, good price, modernized room, good breakfast

The properties public areas are dated and need an upgrade. The rooms have been updated. The breakfast buffet was good.
