The staff were nice. They were helpful in recommending a good place to eat dinner and where to find the laundromat. The place was a bit dated. The breakfast was fare. Our only complaint was the noise level, a lot of street noise. The parking was a tight.

Great locations to restaurants and local attractions. The bed is so comfortable and the room space is great.

The internet was extremely slow.

Staff was very friendly and asked if we needed anything. The room was great and clean.

There was a man standing by the front door smoking marijuana when we arrived at 9pm. His presence and the strong odor of pot were not a nice greeting. We were then told we would have to parkon the street as the lot was full. If the room had not already been paid for I would have left at this point. The room was decent and acceptably clean. Breakfast was ok, but items were not rwplaced when they ran out. We ate breakfast around 8am and the same guy was standing by the door smoking marijuana. Hotel staff actually went out front and chatted with him several times and kind of hing out with him. We checked out at 11am and the guy was still there and still smoking.....

Overall property needs some attention and updating

Ultra clean room! Staff supportive and efficient. Staff located my membership even when I didn’t have my card on me. Lobby seemed a little outdated but the helpfulness and efficiency of staff for customers helped me overlook that.

Convenient to Chautauqua. Limited parking. Otherwise OK

Reasonbly priced, comfortable sleep and no weirdos hanging around.

Woman at check in was great - friendly, asked what floor we would like to be on. Put our traveling friends next door to us. French toast was very good. Only complaint I have is that a traveling sport team was at breakfast the next morning and it was chaotic . I was lucky to get a banana to eat. It appeared that the checkin lady was expected to take care of the food as well as man the main desk.

It was clean and safe. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly.

Good over night stay. But the carpet in the room felt damp
