The location is very strategic, near to Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon. The staff are very friendly and there is a buggy shuttle to Gurney. Very nice service.

I rarely leave hotel reviews, but this one truly deserves it. A big thank you to the hotel team — especially the staff who helped me from the moment I checked in until I checked out (I forgot to ask his name, but it was the same person the whole time — amazing service!). Positive impressions: • I was allowed to check in early, before lunchtime • The room was spacious and tidy, the bathroom was large and clean • Amenities were complete, and the view from the pool was great What impressed me the most: After checking out and heading to the airport, I found out my flight was delayed by 7 hours. I started to panic because I had medicine that needed to be kept cold, and my ice gel would only last about 6 hours. The airport didn’t sell any. So I decided to return to the hotel and asked if I could leave my luggage and, if possible, store my medicine in their fridge. To my surprise, the same staff member from earlier was there — and he kindly helped me again. He gladly accepted both requests and followed my instructions for the medicine storage carefully. Truly excellent service. Thank you for saving my medication and for a wonderful overall stay. 🙏🏼
