My wife and I enjoyed our stay at River House Inn. Our goal was a few days of relaxation by the river and enjoying shops and restaurants at Old Town. River House Inn was perfect for this. We had a first floor river view room which is right on the river. River House is conveniently located on Bay Street with easy walking distance to Old Town. The only drawback was that the room didn't have good noise insulation. We could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the room above plus vehicular noise from the bridge nearby.

It was a very busy holiday weekend and the check in staff were extremely busu, but very accommodating and helpful. Location is amazing! Our room was right on the river with a deck and amazing view. It was really nice to be just on the edge of town and to be able to walk to coffee spots, restaurants & the marina.

Friendly staff, rooms pretty quiet close to a bridge but was not too loud with traffic passing through. Close to old town for shopping and dining plus has some nice bench areas for scenic viewing.

Great small town feel with all the Wyndham conveniences. I would highly recommend.

We've stayed here several times but this was our last stay. The location is great, but this place is not. The units are run down, not cleaned well, the carpeting is dirty, the sink faucet was broken, holes in the wall in the shower, walls are so thin we heard our neighbors throughout the night, etc. Overall, not a relaxing or comfortable place to stay. They are not keeping the rooms clean or updated at all.

I prefer non-carpeted floors - cleaner, less prone to mold in a coastal climate. Room needed a portable fan. Glad I brought one from home. Breakfast could be improved a bit , for the price.

Very easy check in with pleasant staff. We were just passing through but this was a clean and quiet property

The property was very convenient to walk to dinner. Loved the view. Too close to the 101 for road noise. Needed a hand bar in the bathroom.

The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin and there is no carpet - you can hear every move every neighbor makes. Plus, the river view is spoiled by tire noise from the bridge.

It’s very obvious that the property has been remodeled poorly multiple times before. Mix air conditioning, you’re asked to use a poor looking small fan as ventilation and keep your window open to get air flow

the staff is friendly and great. the shower had holes in the wall where the curtain had previously ben installed. this was never repaired. makes you wonder, what else was inadequately repaired.

The property was quiet and beautifully situated on the river with incredible views. The bed was very comfortable and had great shower pressure. We were able to walk to numerous spots for coffee, lunch and dinner. Loved the screen door however I was disappointed to have a camera on our balcony that I could see in the mirror while in bed in our room, felt like an invasion of privacy and wanted to keep the curtains open with such a great view but was unable to. Didn't really utilize the private balcony as much due to this which was a reason I booked here. Everything else was top tier.

Staff was very helpful. Great location, could walk to dinner. Quiet and a good bed. On the downside was the door was difficult to lock and the window was stuck open. Weak coffee.

Nice location along the waterfront. Close to dining and shopping in old town Florence. On site washer and dryer is a great perk. Room was dated but spacious and generally clean.
