第一天入住房間的花灑發霉而且很多小蟲子飛來飛去、去投訴後更換房間給了郵件無障礙設施的房間並不適合我們！

Very good experience. Highly recommended!! Staff are friendly, nice and helpful. Breakfast was great, western style and Spanish as well. I did enjoy the two-day staying there.

Personnel accueillant, tant à l’écrit en amont de notre arrivée que lors de notre séjour, avec un cadeau d’arrivée Piscine en rooftop jolie, seulement aucun parasol alors que la terrasse est en plein soleil (très belle vue 360 sur tout Barcelone) Chambres peu lumineuses en revanche

Excellent séjour, je n’ai rien à redire. Le personnel est très agréable et accueillant. Les chambres sont belles, confortables et propres. Le secteur est juste parfait, l’hôtel est très bien situé. Je recommande cette hôtel à 100%

Modern hotel with friendly helpful staff.

Bonjour, rien à dire hôtel en centre-ville avec une superbe petite piscine sur le toit avec une vue à 360 degrés, le personnel est super sympathique

This hotel was one of the most welcoming hotels i have stayed in around the world. All staff from reception to cleaners were lovely. They offer a nightly complementary happy hour which as a solo traveller allows an easy introduction to others. The pool is a little small and was always quite occupied when i was on the roof, but a great location to sit and read a book (whilst enjoying a cocktail). Only downside would be the lack of a restaurant for food, but there are some great locations nearby. Totally walkable location to the beach and la rambla. They offer great wifi and tvs that allow you to connect your netflix or other streaming service if you just want a few hours to yourself. Couldnt recommend them highly enough.

The hotel staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. We truly enjoyed our time in Barcelona thanks to them all!

Hôtel très agréable aux petits soins avec ses pensionnaires. Le personnel est adorable et très attentionné. L'hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité d'une grande partie des centres d'intérêts. Nous y reviendrons certainement lors d'un prochain séjour à Barcelone. Merci à toute l'équipe!

Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral und ist sehr leicht öffentlich erreichbar. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Hotel hat ein tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Aussicht von der Dachterasse ist einzigartig. Pluspunkt sind das kostenlose Wasser und die Weinstunde :) Wir können das Hotel definitiv nur weiterempfehlen!

Most comfortable beds and amazing breakfast

We had a beautiful stay. The rooms are comfortable and have all you need. We stayed in a double with balcony, which was lovely. My room was on the 8th floor, with stunning views. The rooftop terrace was even better!

Hotel is lovely to look at and the rooms are tasteful although VERY small. The rooftop is exceptionally lovely. I was extremely disappointed to find that there was neither a fridge nor a kettle in spite of paying £180 for 1 night. The next size room has both for just a small amount more. Staff seemed unable to lend me a kettle from another unoccupied room for the one night of my stay. I had trouble getting wifi and called reception at 9pm for over 15 minutes and eventually had to go downstairs to report the problem as the phone remained unanswered. They made almost no effort at all to get me onto the wifi so I was left without until at 2am it connected itself again. I asked if maybe as compensation I could take breakfast but they refused, even though the manager was clearly interested in the issues I had had - to improve maybe for other people - but clearly they didn't feel I needed any customer service. On departure they tried to charge me for a drink at the bar which I did not have. The member of staff looked at me as though he didn't believe me until he saw the signature was clearly not mine.
