The staff was super unprofessional. I don’t want to go into the details or throw anyone under the bus, but between their ineptitude in check-in (and allowing a stranger to access our room after we went to sleep) to being trolled at check-out and being weird about our shuttle to the airport, I do not trust this brand to maintain good standards in their staff.

We enjoyed our stay very much.

Phenomenal lodging experience.

Loved the hotel. Great room, large, comfy bed. I had a corner toom with more windows. Yummy hot breakfast. Good pool for swimming laps. Modern lobby. Staff friendly and welcoming. I wish i could have stayed longer.

Normalmente, cuando viajo a Seattle, me quedo en este hotel, solo el año pasado me tuve que quedar en otro. Casi dos años después de mi estancia, este hotel a decaído increíblemente, las cortinas de la ventana dejan mucho que desear, la segunda cortina que cierra totalmente la entrada de luz, estaba trabada, bo se podía bajar y cuando más o menos la arreglaron, se nota el mal estado de la misma. Las almohadas, muy malas y viejas. El desayuno, la peor decepción, muy muy malo, aquí se nota como bajaron su calidad.

Large rooms for our family of 10.

Check-in was a breeze. The rooms have everything small kitchette, sofa/bed. The walls are thin, so you know when everyone is up and about.we were anble to walk 20 minutes to an huge shopping with a lot of restaurants- at all price points. Felt safe walking. Overall this is definitely a great place to go for the night. A lot of cruise people in the hotel.

Very nice hotel, and close to the airport. Area felt safe and had a bunch of restaurants and fast food near by. Room was spacious, beds were a little stiff and the pillows too soft. Staff were nice.

Excellent in every way, came to airport and picked us up, then secured transport to the pier for embarkment to Alaska. We always try to stay at Tru by Hilton because of the commitment to customer satisfaction and superior customer service consistently.

We booked this hotel based on price and somewhat on location and were pleasantly surprised tthere was so much around the area.
