The stay was good, especially the front desk guy, Mamdul, was very cooperative. He provided us with the microwave. And then whatever we asked, he provided us with us. Overall, we liked the stay at Fairfield Inn. So the stay was good.

Clean room and comfortable

The hot tub was excellent. Swimming pool was small, can not accommodate group of people at one time. It is suitable only for kids. The breakfast was enjoyable. We liked the reception staff.

Breakfast is always busy, never any room to sit down.Need more tables in more space to accommodate everybody

This is actually a really nice property with excellent pricing. The guy at the front desk that welcomed us (I think he was assistant GM) was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and ready to go at check in. The hotel has a few little amenities that really stand out such as BBQs for guests to use, an outdoor seating area (next to the pool) that has a fire pit and the DIY waffles for breakfast. I was quite impressed and would stay again if in the area.

The hotel is acceptable for what it is. The rooms are in need of renovations and better beds and pillows, but unfortunately that is what $300 a night gets you now. I was very happy that they have family suits. As a family of 5 with young kids, that is hard to find.

I liked the breakfast and staff was excellent and welcoming. The property is little dated and requires some renovation e.g. the washroom door was not closing properly a d shower head was leaking.

Great hotel. Cleans rooms and pool and work out area. Breakfeast is excellent. Staff is courteous and helpful. Always my first choice when staying in Sudbury.

Room was very clean, breakfast was good. I would be nice for a place to dry your bathing suit in the bathroom.

The room was clean and air conditioning worked great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was clean, could be warmer, hot-tub was great. Good variety at breakfast. We will come back
