Two nights in the hotel without any problem. The staff were amazing and helpful. It is very close to city center (and I believe we wouldn’t be closer then this). The city is crowded especially in weekends. The breakfast was really good. Generally we liked our stay here and definitely recommend for your visit.

Fantastisk dejlig by og dejlige ture i bjergene og dejligt hotel

Als je de hele dag op pad bent en alleen slaapt in je kamer, is het prima. Verder…is het allemaal ontzettend oud. Alles kraakt en oogt oud. Geen lift. Wij hadden regen dus zijn bij een cafe gaan zitten ‘s avonds. Superaardig personeel die me hielp met mijn koffer tillen. Goeie locatie in het centrum, prima parkeren. Voor elektrisch laden moest je een soort van reserveren.

Mycket bra hotell, trevlig personal. De löste glutenfritt till frukosten och frukosten var väldigt bra. Ligger en kort promenad från centrum. Enkelt med laddning för elbil också. Skulle definitivt bo här om vi åker tillbaka!

Veldig hyggelig betjening. MYE støy på rommet både fra trafikk og tilstøtende rom. Kunne ikke ha vinduet åpent siden det er nærmeste nabo til en trafikkert vei og lukket en vinduet var luften svært dårlig. Forsøkte å bytte, men hotellet var fullt. Frokost er bra.

Et super hyggeligt sted, flink personale og super hjælpsomme, rigtig fin morgen buffet, kan helt sikker anbefales.

Perus alppikylän hotelli aivan Zell am seen keskustassa. Erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Aamiainen ihan ok. Valitettavasti havaitsimme majapaikassa paperitoukan. Ilmoitimme henkilökunnalle, joka suhtautui asiaan vakavasti.

I’m surprised by the overall high rating of this hotel. While it offers convenient parking (€8/night) and a decent breakfast, my one-night stay was underwhelming. The room and bathroom were quite small, which is somewhat expected in European cities, but the lack of comfort was disappointing. The bed itself was fine, but the single provided pillow was so thin it might as well have not been there. The biggest letdown, however, was the towels. For the price charged, I expected better quality—instead, they were small, worn out, and, most frustratingly, visibly dirty. Given these issues, I can’t recommend this hotel, at least not for the current price

Perfect

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was very good, (good coffee) and staff very nice and helpful. Location is great, right in the centre close to ski lift and all the restaurants and lake. The only thing i would suggest for improval would definitely be the pillows and earlier breakfast times (it started at 7.30), because the ski lifts open at 8. Would be nice if the parking was included in the booking price for a peace of mind, i guess we missed that when we booked the holiday, it is separate from the hotel, 5 euros a day, we didn t notice on booking. Luckly we had money left:) Thank you for a beautiful holiday, the view is beautiful, the hotel is cosy, good heating unlike other more expensive hotels we ve been before. We would go back here and this town is picture perfect as well.

Goed verblijf gehad tijdens de wintersport. Super vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt. Perfecte ligging voor de skilift en het centrum.

Great location ,free parking,cool staff

Zell am See is a lovely place to visit. The staff at the Hotel were extremely helpful and the hotel itself is very comfortable, well appointed, and has an excellent breakfast.

Meget centralt hotel, tæt på restauranter, Standbad Zell am See, shopping og skilifte. Vi fin et værelse ud til hovedgaden som larmede ekstremt meget - hele natten.

Vänlig personal, liten men god frukost, dock bättre bedagat alphotell, ok städning, badrum fint, heltäckningsmatta och knarriga sängar. Bra med avskildhet i rummet för tredje gästen i sällskapet. Vårt rum vette mot huvudgatan så det blev bullrigt och man kunde inte ha fönster öppet längre tid. Ingen AC på rummet så det blev varmt.

Hotelli sijaitsi melko vilkkaasti liikennöidyn tien vieressä, joten ikkunaa ei melun takia voinut pitää auki. Huoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia, eikä pöytätuuletin oikein riittänyt viilennykseen. Huone ja kylpyhuone olivat siistit. Vastaanotto oli mennyt kiinni melko aikaisin, mutta avain löytyi tiskiltä. Hyvä aamupala, mutta ruokailutilat ja buffet-alue ahtaat.
