我在Seah Shannen的Heritage酒店度过了美好的第一次住宿体验。Ryan和Mae在入住前就非常热情地指导我们如何使用移动房卡入住。在我们入住期间，他们一直乐于助人，解答我们的疑问，确保一切顺利。

It's a self check in hotel and easy to understand because they will send you the guide. The location is strategic. We can request an iron. The toilet has a bidet. We can do laundry. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room. I was welcomed by Divina when I first arrived and was explained clearly. It was an amazing experience to stay here.

Really great experience staying here. Definitely will back here. The shower, water, bed is completely clean. There is laundry and services are ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I chose Heritage Collection on Seah as our place of stay for 5 days holiday in Singapore. Turns out, we made the great choice after all. From D-1, they notified me to do the check-in via their app, and it was a very easy thing to do! Divina, Shannen, Mae, and Ryan are always ready to help and accommodate our needs through WhatsApp. For example, during check-in, the app couldn't work to unlock our room. Then, Divina quickly got the room cards to me to ease the process. The room is not spacious, but enough for me and my sister. The place is very strategic, only 8 minutes walking from the nearest MRT station. Overall, it was a delightful experience to stay at Heritage!

Staff are friendly, thank you and success for Divina Shannen Mae Ryan 🥰, they are very helpful even though this is a digital hotel, always on standby on WhatsApp chat. The room is clean, the toilet has a bidet, towel soap shampoo is available, the kitchen equipment is complete, the water can be drunk straight away; if you are in doubt, just boil it first. There is a laundry room complete with dryer, the location is near the Cityhall MRT and Bugis MRT, just walk to Bugis Junction / Street. Suggestions: cable TV is available, soft mattresses, rooms for families. Overall, comfortable stay at this hotel, sorry I didn't have time to take photos of the room, but it's recommended!

Sangat menyenangkan tinggal di apartemen ini. Bersih, AC dingin, air panas berfungai dengan baik, peralatan cukup lengkap, serasa seperti di rumah sendiri. Terutama pelayanan staff-nya (Shannen, Divina, Mae dan Ryan) sangat ramah dan membantu sekali. Mereka dengan sigap selalu membantu kami dan terbuka untuk setiap pertanyaan yang kami butuhkan. Kami akan tinggal di Heritage lagi suatu hari nanti.

The team in Heritage on Seah was very helpful and responsive when I couldn't find my confirmation email. Thanks to app for providing me with WhatsApp contact to the team also. Within minutes, they replied to me with instructions and organized a WhatsApp group for coordination. My digital key didn't work, but we end up using my husband's phone. Thank you Mae, Ryan, Shannen, and Divina! The place itself is very clean and nicely organized with ample of space although compact. Love the neighborhood so much—close to MRT, Raffles Hotel, Gallery, Shopping Centers, Chijmes, and many great places for eating and hang-out. Recommended, but make sure your gadgets are well organized for digital stuff!

Lokasi strategis dekat dengan 2 mrt station: 1. City hall; 2. Bugis. Halte bus pun ada di sisi kanan dan kiri jalan raya dari hotel. Dekat juga dengan 2 mall: raffles city dan suntec city. Jadi kalau butuh apa-apa gampang. Convenience store pun di dekat hotel ada banyak. Hotel ini sudah pake sistem digital mulai dari check in sd check out tapi tetap ada pegawai yang standby di jam kerja. Sebelum berangkat saya sudah komunikasi via email untuk memastikan beberapa hal. Tapi saya sempat terkendala dengan pembayaran deposit 200sgd karena kartu saya dibilang ‘doesnt support this type of purchase’. Mereka kurang membantu terkait hal itu jadi saya coba-coba semua debit digital yang saya punya. Selama menginap, tim mereka membuatkan grup whatsapp untuk koordinasi. Kamar saya menginap bentuknya loft. Sempit sekali tapi cukup lah. Untungnya barang bawaan saya juga sedikit. Untuk yang muslim, area untuk solat ngepas banget. Hati-hati juga saat di lantai atas karena langit-langitnya pendek apalagi yang tepat di atas kepala tempat tidur. Saya sempet kepentok. Penginapan ini tidak menyediakan room service untuk make up room setiap harinya. Saya menginap 4 malam dan tiap hari masak, jadi lumayan lama-lama lantai kotor. Tapi untuk fasilitas di kamar lengkap. Ada kulkas, hair dryer, meja setrika dan setrikanya, multicooker, alat masak, alat makan, detergen, sabun cuci piring, sponge cuci piring, dsb. Bahkan mereka bisa menyediakan bolpen dan kertas saat saya minta. Di luar juga disediakan mesin cuci dan pengering. Shout out to divina, shannen, and the rest of the team for being very helpful throughout my stay!

The location of this hotel is very strategic, The place is very clean and quite spacious with a mezzanine concept. There is a hot shower and laundry available. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioner is cold enough to make your sleep comfortable. The street where it is located is quiet. Many food stalls or restaurants in the area as well as grocery stores. They also allow us to leave our bags/luggage after we check out if we want to go for a walk first until 5 pm. Anyway, it's a good place to rest after a day of walking and touring SG. Thanks also to shannen, andrew, divina and Ryan for a pleasant and comfortable stay!
