Saat check in oleh pemilik hotel kami dipindahkan ke Toronto Hotel (mungkin pemiliknya sama) yang letaknya bukan di chungking mansion tapi di mirador mansion yang letaknya tidak jauh dari hotel ini. Justru lebih memuaskan karena lokasinya yang tidak terlalu padat, untuk kamar serupa dengan kamal, nilai plus ada jendela besar mengarah ke jalan raya yang membuat kamar terasa lapang dan terang. Untuk WiFi super kenceng ditambah staf yang ramah dan kamar dibersihkan setiap hari. Selama 5 hari tinggal sangat memuaskan.

The hotel is perfect for backpackers. The staff is nice and very accommodating. However, if someone smokes, it is easily smelled even inside the room. Another thing is that the building where the hotel is located at is kind of scary and intimidating. If you go there, you will see for yourself. But overall, it is not a bad experience.

The caretaker was really nice and accommodating. There was a minor glitch on our room assignment on the first night but it with was solved the next day. Rooms were ok, bright and clean with complete toiletries. Really really tight tho but we expected it already given the price and reviews. Location is great close to everything, malls, restaurants and Avenue of Stars/Starferry pier going to Central. Very accessible to bus stop only meters away from the bldg lobby and MRT station is just a stone throw away across the building which was conveniently great for commuting. Overall it was a pleasant stay for us.Thank you!

I am satisfied staying here. A very jolly ate lynsy and kuya indian are very pleasant and so friendly. The room is clean as well as the CR and the pantry area. 2 thumbs up for this hotel.

This hotel is just in 5 floor "Chungking Mansion" where the place is really not Hotel-like, the environment is really scary and dirty. However if you are really in a budget, you can stay here because the room is clean and the owner is kind. I like them but the fact that it is in Chungking Mansion just makes it not considerable for my next booking in hongkong.

Lynsy is very accommodating and helpful. The room is clean and nice.

The location is near MTR stations, shopping malls, fast foods, restaurants, and etc. The place is perfect for budget travellers. It is a small room yet it's clean. If you need anything, Ms. Lyn will help you out during your stay and she speaks in English very well. They even offer tickets for attractions such as HK Disneyland, Ocean park, Peak Tram, and etc.

Kamal delux hotel is really good place to stay. The room so clean and suitable for backpacker, business trip, or family holiday. The receptionist Ms Lynsy is really nice. Hotel is near for all public facilities.

Excellent place to stay! The receptionist is very accommodating and she's always cleaning our room every day with new towels and blankets. Clean rooms and facilities. The WiFi is very fast as well.

woah! The receptionist was great! she manage to communicate well in all inquiries and capable of establishing ties with the guests. The owner was polite and great when it comes to respect.
