Great location for family bonding. facilities was awesome. Arrival staff were very accommodating to our needs . However, the following day the staff on duty couldn't answer our queries.. Gave us wrong billing statement, restaurant staff didn't clean the spilled juice under our table even though we requested it to be mopped. Food was nothing special. They should improve their food menu. Overall, we are still happy with our stay because the room was clean and spacious. Lastly, our dog was happy so we will come back there again..

Cleanliness: I still scored 3 although I found a cockroach in the cabinet of our room. Comfort, service & location: shuttle that adds comfort & convenience in traveling back to SM Clark for those who do not have their cars. Although shuttle cost is a bit pricey for me. Food: I love their sinigang and garlic rice. 😋 Resort amenities are great especially the pool. Would love to go back again.

The Hotel was great, Food was great but need more choices and room service charge is quite high for 20%. Employees are very approachable. The ambiance is very quiet and relaxing. Will go back if possible. Its a secret paradise in Clark.
