This room left much to be desired. The walls were so thin that I could hear the neighbour’s tv until midnight. The refrigerator was so loud that it kept me awake most of the next night. The dishes in the cupboard vibrated and rattled so I had to move them. The restaurant and lobby wreaked of toxic fragrances that were an assault on my well-being causing a headache. Please stop pumping the hotel with chemical fragrances! A lot of people can’t handle the exposure. I would not stay here again.

We really liked this hotel. For the price, I had low expectations. But everything was clean and well maintained. The hotel restaurant offered good breakfast at an affordable price. The hotel had a very nice gym. Rooms were large, beds were comfortable.

Good

Rooms are nice and spacious, beds are comfortable. There are zero places to hang towels and very limited shelf space in the shower (walk-in). Food is decent and the coffee is good. Room service is pretty minimal if required. Air conditioning worked beautifully! There were some cosmetic issues in the room (eg. baseboards missing in bathroom) and there’s only a bolt on the door (no additional means of securing the room).

Excellent room. Very clean. Rooms are starting to show their age; especially bathrooms as baseboards are a bit shabby. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. This is our “go to” place to stay and we will definitely be back!

Lobby, entrance and property overall was very clean. Rooms were well kept and any requests were dealt with promptly. Would stay at again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Hotel could use a little TLC in spots - especially bathrooms (baseboards and faucets). Staff are always great. We will be back!!

Barr and Restaurant including staff were all excellent!

First room the window leaked badly from the rain so was given another room but that one smelled of wet dog. The toilet ran all night shower curtain needs to be fixed so water doesnt get everywhere hence why your baseboards are all gross. The hotel needs maintenance on there rooms and major cleaning. But the staff were the only thing that was good about it.
