⸻ Sehr freundliches und professionelles Personal. Grosse ,bequeme Zimmer. Frühstück abwechslungsreich – besonders der frische Orangensaft und die Kaffeemaschine waren ein Highlight. Wunderschöner Garten mit Bambus und Palmen, im Sommer sicher ein grosse Pluspunkt. Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen – wir können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Hasta próxima!

O hotel fica em um lugar lindo em meio a mata, achei lindo e super confortável

Hotel bonito, bom café da manhã, natureza incrível, cama confortavel. Agumas coisas precisam manutenção, acho que por conta do tempo, como as portas, alguns revestimentos, mas do restante tudo ok, voltaria com mais tempo pra aproveitar a piscina maravilhosa.

Top-shelf room and property that exudes class but be warned - the hotel is not within walking distance of downtown except in dire need. Going anywhere will necessitate hiring a driver. Pool and jacuzzi were cold and unusable during my stay.

Hotel novo, dentro de uma reserva florestal, a 15 minutos das cataratas, tem uma área da piscina que é o destaque do hotel. No verão deve ser muito disputado.

Hotel com estrutura ótima. Muito boa para crianças pela disponibilidade de brinquedoteca coberta o que facilita para os pequenos em dias de tempo instável como pegamos. Único ponto negativo, café da manhã limitado, sempre as mesmas opções sem nehuma variação. No nosso caso que ficamos 4 dias no final começa a fixar enjoativo.

Jacuzzi com problema, pegamos o hotel por conta da jacuzzi de água quente e ela estava fria, o hotel estava bem vazio e nos colocaram num quarto bem distante, perguntei se havia a possibilidade de trocar e a atendente só respondeu que não. Já estive no hotel outras vezes e esses episódios não tinham acontecido.

Great hotel in the middle of the Argentinian rainforest with great service including spa treatments and laundry. Only drawback was when we had breakfast there was no hot food.

Great hotel and good service Rooms were clean and spacious and staff was very helpful and friendly Would recommend it They arranged transportation to get in town and to the Iguazú falls at very short notice

Experiencia muito boa! Quarto confortável com vista para a selva, cafe da manhã caprichado e atendimento excelente!

I got a good deal on a mid week package and decided to splurge on a nice hotel. I especially liked the idea of a hot tub. Other reviews mentioned it was only warm but I found the temperature lovely and very relaxing. The pool area is nice too. The restaurant was great and I expected to have to pay $17 for breakfast but it was included which I was grateful for. They easily arranged for taxis to take you anywhere without waiting more than a few minutes.

This hotel was awesome. Stayed there for two nights and 3 days. The staff was very attentive. We did a little bit of laundry for us. Had our clothes back in 2 hours. There's a restaurant on the property that was wonderful. Food was great. The pool jacuzzi was nice and clean. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Very good stay. Other than iguazoo falls Park we did not have to leave the hotel for anything

Exceptional service from staff. Arrived early and offered breakfast voucher before check in which was much appreciated. Had complementary wine tasting each evening in the foyer. Clean/modern facilities. Breakfast buffet offerings were plentiful. One issue: we had issues with hot water on first night but staff sent maintenance to address the issue and was resolved about an hour later. The next night the water was Luke warm around 6 pm after returning from hikes and was told by maintenance that it was just because many people were showering/nothing to do but wait. We waited about an hour and water was hot again. Despite this issue, still rating it a 5 because of the excellent courteous staff at the facility that honestly went above and beyond on many occasions. The place fyi is not walkable to P. Iguazú city center but easily accessible by taxi.

Is a very comfortable property, excellent spa massages, beautiful outdoor and convenient located to visit Iguazu Falls on the Argentinian side. Expensive transportation by remise. The cost to go to the Brazilian side was $140. Overall I will stay again is a beautiful and pageful hotel.
