行政客房配備的是一台1匹的空調，功率不足以有效降低房間的室溫。白天房間很熱，即使到了晚上，儘管我在入住的三天兩夜期間一直開著空調，房間仍然不夠涼爽。 我向前台反映了這個問題。然而，工作人員不但沒有聽取我的回饋，反而態度惡劣，堅持讓我再等等，等房間涼快下來。 此外，浴室的排水管堵塞了，導致排水非常緩慢，淋浴時腳邊會積起大約一英寸深的水。

對我來說，這家酒店非常好，位置優越，房間和浴室都很乾淨。員工非常友善熱情，樂於助人。

日落景色非常美，房間很大，泳池景色也很棒，瑪哈塔樓。

Firstly this hotel is not worthy of even 1 star. the swimming pool is disgusting because it has algae on its side of the pool and it causes the water to look like it's green even on the inside. Then the bedsheet is stained. Lastly the food is terrible. Breakfast don't even have Milo serve if we want we need to pay 8RM for a glass of it. Option are so limited for breakfast. Order in room dining but the fish and chip is a waste of money. The fish is so smelly and taste like longkang because it is not clean and wash properly before cooking and the hot Milo I ordered together with it was so sweet it can cause me to be diabetic! Hotel definitely need to step up on maintenance because the shower head is also rusting and having mold on them so disgusting. Carpet not clean properly there's M&M on the side corner of the bed floor carpet. Staff were respectful on the other hand.

Hotel ni memang jadi pilihan kalau ke Langkawi..sbb lokasinya yg strategik..dekat ngan Pekan Kuah.. Bilik selesa.. staff yg sgt membantu.. sarapan pun best.

Location near to town, staff are friendly, foods are nice and sedap!

The staff was very helpful and very friendly. Strategic location with surrounding shoplots & shopping mall. The food was also good.

The facility in the room so far is so good, but the breakfast food is not much variant and late to reload sometimes. The worker is sometimes not friendly. Should be more friendly to everyone without seeing their purpose or their nationality. And one thing that I don't like from this hotel, this hotel very far from the attraction area.

Bilik yang luas, selesa & amat bersih. Kakitangan yang sangat membantu dan mesra pelanggan. Saya amat berpuas hati.

Stafnya sangat friendly, swimming poolnya bagus. Ada yang khas untuk wanita. Lokasinya juga sesuai, berdekatan dengan pekan kuah, senang untuk pegi shopping. View dari hotel pun cantik terutama dari tingkat 9 yang saya menginap. Makanannya pun oke breakfast.

Good room with affordable price! It is just my sea view is blocked by the hotel building structure.

My favourite hotel at langkawi. The stall in front hotel was very good. So delicous.

Great hotel. The air conditioner was not working but the maintenance was fast to fix the issue. The only bad thing is the band busking during the night-not very pleasant sleeping experience when you can hear singing when you are trying to close your eyes.

No Toothbrush & toothpaste provided; Towels were smelly. Requested for a new ones but one of the towels was torn. My home towels are even better than the hotel ' s; FYI, the hotel doesn't provide tissue. It is only provided upon request according to the receptionist (sigh~); No room slippers & tea too. The only drink that the hotel provided was coffee and plain water (no kidding); Breakfast worth RM25 per pax was not worth it. FYI, egg station was closed during my stay there. Only 1 type of fruit was being served-watermelon in yellow & red colours. Malaysia if known for its tropical fruits, can't they serve more? Ayam sambal-I could taste the chicken isn't fresh. As for the rest of the food, there was bread, butter & jam, roti canai (too dry); Nasi lemak, etc.

The towel room very bad smell. I booked for two room all towel are smelly. Hotel need to change to new towel.
