On Expedia, it writes $52 one night, but when you be there, they said the cheapest there is $75 one night. Plus, the blankets there stinks.

The place is good, surrounded by several retirement houses, and located next to Western University. However, it takes a 5 minute walk uphill form the nearest bus station, and it is a bit difficult to locate. The facility is fine except the heating is not functioning, it was too dry and too hot, in which I have to leave the window open throughout the night for making myself a little more comfortable.

Everything bad

The grounds were beautiful. That was the hotel's only redeeming quality. The staff was disinterested. I waited for quite a few minutes for staff to check me in. The amenities were non-existent except for a vending machine with no healthy options which was accessible with many futile tries only with credit card. The furniture was old and battered. Elevator seemed to malfunction and very confusing where to go upon entry. No blow dryers. TV was a smallish monitor which couldn't be watched from the bed. It was an experience which went from bad to worse. Very disappointing experience. Will not recommend.

There's only one thing good about it The location

We booked 1 queen bed with full bathroom but when we saw the room we went down to reception and upgraded to a suite. The first room was on third floor, it was tiny, dingy, needed an upgrade for sure. Just felt dirty. The suite was okay but almost double the price. There are no amenities other than a place to sleep and shower. Just 2 of us so not worth $214. Probably won’t stay there again.

Beautiful clean room with very comfortable bed. I loved the balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Stayed here while husband was in hospital, very convenient and close to University hospital. Price was great. Only problem I had was my TV wasn't working properly, told the front desk but didn't receive any help with it. It didn't really matter as I was only there to sleep. Room was clean.

A wonderful place to stay in London, Cleanliness is top notch, Staff are helpful and considerate, Have stayed here many times and would recommend it to anyone visiting London, The rates are very reasonable.

This is a hidden gem. Affordable, clean, nice staff. There is a kitchen to use and a TV lounge. Rooms also have shared balconies.

If you're looking for a basic room at a great rate, this is your place. Nothing fancy but a good stop over location.

For what we needed close to the hospital it was perfect. Don’t judge the facility by the outside. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Thank you.
