The Staff was very Friendly and accomodating.

The room has a beautiful view of Mount Fuji and was nice and spacious. Enjoyed the onsen too! The surrounding area of the hotel was also very beautiful! Will definitely be back to here when visiting Mount Fuji.

Good loacation and service, especially room in Japanese style facing to Fujisan was superb. Garden around the hotel in Nov. Is colorful with red leaves 🍁.

The most satisfying hotel when I am in japan. Great view, great service, great breakfast, big space room and there is a shuttle bus to kawaguchiko station. Very recommended hotel for you and family to stay.

Kamar luas dan sangat bersih. Lokasinya enak ada indoor dan outdoor. Lokasi cukup jauh dari danau kawaguchiko.

Great view of mount fuji and the lake. Great for that purpose. Have onsen on the basement which you can experience while in japan.
