Very poor maintenance of bedroom. Air conditioner unable to swing. Stained bed linen. Stayed for 2 nights but staff did not even bother to make up room. Bathroom was not well maintained. Clogged sink and mirror position couldn't even be reached by 155cm tall person! Overall, zero cleanliness!

Old and poor maintenance. Paid for hundred plus, but no TV. Old furniture. Got stain on bed. Dusty toilet. Breakfast so so.

Breakfast was bad. Coffee tasted unlike coffee. Food was too salty. Room not clean. Mugs provided still with previous coffee stain. Aircond problem. Water keep dripping even though we have adjusted the temperature. Not gonna come here again

Booked a triple bed room but they gave us the key to double bed room when i first arrived. I went back and ask them why it wasn't a triple bed, then they gave the correct room. Then the next night my friend got trapped in the toilet due to malfunction door knob. It was mid night about 2am, i went to the reception and also called them but no one was there. Had to call the director with his name card on the reception table to solve this issue. it was a tiring night

Nice resort to stay with family and good breakfast.

They have excellent service. Never been to a hotel which have such an excellent service. The staffs are all very friendly and they took care of us very well and even they upgraded our room. We were all glad that we chose x-cape resort as the hotel to stay.

Awesome. Just a great forest stay.

It is suitable for sleep only.

Hotel's description provided were not correct and honest. There is no light side by side the way when we get back to our hostel. Instead we used the tourch light to light up.
