cozy hotel, close to shopping and eateries. but no elevators to carry up the luggage.

The room was spotless and the staff were very efficient and accommodating.

The Studio Apartment was spotless and very comfortable bedding.Great they had Foxtel and enjoyed having morning coffee on the balcony.Great lighting in the bathroom and would recommend.

Nice property but should have lifts being 3 storeys. Very hard for elderly people or those with health issues. Quite dangerous trying to carry luggage up and down stairs. Room was lovely but only 4 tiny milks pods to last 2 adults for 2 nights was disappointing. A normal cup of coffee required 4 as they are small. Then they weren’t replaced for the second night which I hadn’t noticed, meaning I couldn’t make husband a coffee when we woke up. Still would stay again but would take our own milk.

Great hotel - loved it

Perfect location, clean, easily accessible and quiet.

The hotel location, the hotel and its facilities and staff were all ok. However after a long cold windy Melbourne day, I was really looking forward to a hot shower and to hand no hot water at all was pretty uncomfortable. It was late and there was no one on reception to help.

Despite A/C was working full time, the room was like a fridge in winter
