Had 3 night stay with great friends we met in Florida decided to meet and stay here because we have stayed multiple times with this hotel and know what to expect each time. Great walking distance to many attractions. They also have great pool area for the kids and great breakfast buffet options for free. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Will continue staying here in the future.

This property is as advertised. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained. I would stay there again possibly, the only concern was the bed. It was lacking. The mattress was too hard and could have used a topper or something. House keepers were excellent and room was always super clean, well stocked towels and linen! Honestly if the bed was better I would say 5 stars!

Great area just the some of the pool chairs are wore out and torn/not suitable but a great place to stay.

Great staff, room was spacious and clean air was cold and shower was hot. Walking distance to many attractions dining and shopping. Will definitely stay here again

Hello, Willow Brook Lodge and thank you for providing such a nice little getaway for us this past week! We picked this place at random and we are so glad we did! We weren't disappointed with a single thing. First impressions at check always set the tone for our stay and it was great to see staff who seem like they are glad to see you! Our room was very clean and inviting. Sheets and towels snow white, and lots of fluffy pillows. Mini fridge and microwave worked well, as did the AC. We came not for the attractions, but mainly to hang out at the hotel, and it was a very pleasant environment. The weather wasnt quite warm enough for us to use the pool, but they have a nice indoor one overlooking the river out back. We smoke, and nice smoking areas were provided. Breakfast was good, with eggs, sausage and gravy biscuits along with the usual continental items. We just really enjoyed the stay and wish it could have been longer! Hope to see you again soon!😀

We nearly didn’t even stay the first night bc of the musty, cigarette/ animal smell that hit us as soon as we entered the room. The room itself can only be described as filthy with pet hair in the corners and floors so dirty that you couldn’t walk through the room without your feet being completely black. I wouldn’t even sleep beneath the covers, but my wife reported feeling dirty afterwards. Needless to say we will never stay at this dated and filthy property again.

my kids LOVED the pool!

Rooms where clean. The floor left the bottom of our feet dirty though. Tub faucet dripped all the time. People (same group) where loitering at the entrance making hard to get in & out at times. Staff at front where friendly so the woman who ran the breakfast buffet.

The inside pool and hot tub need some attention other than that it was a great experience.

Excellent place to stay! Very clean & easy to find, right on the strip & close to many places to eat. You could walk there faster than driving bc of the traffic. The kids loved the pool!

I love the feeling of this hotel. It’s clean, and the staff makes you feel welcomed. It has a great breakfast. The lady at the breakfast area was super nice and helpful. They have coffee all day. I like the water and ice machine in the lobby. I fill my large cup up before I head out for the day. The pool has a nice slide, and there’s a hot tub at the outdoor and indoor pools. The beds are also very comfortable.

I have stayed at many hotels in pegion forge tn and this hotel was better than the higher price ones and very very clean will be staying again if im vacationing that way again

Everything was great my kids loved the pool

We enjoyed 2 nights and were happy with the accommodations. Room service came in and tidied up which is becoming less and less common during a 2 night stay. Breakfast was nice (other than the eggs) with plenty of seating and both breakfast and pool times were very accommodating. Staff was very friendly.

It’s was all amazing

Outside pool with slide was great and staff were very nice. Breakfast was average but free. "Average" seemed to be the perspective for most everything else.

There was dirt in one of the beds and it was there before anyone laid down. There was hair that wasn’t mine or any of my families hair in the bathroom in the shower. The shower head looks like it was never cleaned.

Loved the location of the property walking distance to most everything. We used to stay here all the time was very nice but over the past few years no upkeep has been done to the rooms .

The unit we were in needed a better shower. The shower and the sink dripped water the entire time. The pull out couch was terrible. Needs a new mattress.
