They fail to manage customer need on that date. So I cancel my booking at my own cost even though I and my family already there. I don't think to choose this facility for future trip.

Sistem check in nya mudah. Cukup Whatsapp atau telepon yang tertera dalam pintu lobby hotel. Saya tiba di hotel jam 3.30 pagi dan bisa check in dengan mudah

Yang kurang bagus: 1. Tiada cerek air elektrik (kettle). 2. Lantai pecah dan melekit 3. Tandas tidak diselenggara dengan sempurna. (sepanjang malam dengar bunyi air, seperti paip bocor). Syiling tandas pecahdan tidak diganti. Tempat letak "bidet spray" tiada. 4. Wifi tak boleh digunakan. Yang bagus: 1. 2 katil (queen bed) yang selesa.

The air conditioner was not functioning well. It take time of them to fix it and it make us feel unpleasant with this situation. The picture of the rooms and the real on is differ. Hopefully property can improve the quality of the service.

Kawasan yang strategik kerana di tengah bandar. Not bad, selesa, cuma masa check in lewat malam, lantai berpasir dan tuala tidak disediakan lebih awal. Tiada alas kaki di luar pintu bilik air. Harus ditambah baik.
