夏天7月入住3晚，很棒的住宿體驗，服務佳、風景美、早餐晚餐皆美味。

早餐美味選擇多～從餐廳可眺望窗外山景～房間舒適乾淨～服務人員非常親切！還想再來住～

高品質的飯店，無可挑剔。

雖然價格不低，但房間夠大，送的飲料很多，早餐也很豐富。最重要的，地点很好，有自行開車的朋友，很值得去試看看， 因為可以欣賞到非常獨特的山景，且從窗戶就可以看到所有的山景色了。

Nice stay but a bit far

总的讲，非常棒！选择这个酒店一定没错。酒店就在风景如画的阿尔卑斯山环抱当中，尤其是距离鹰巢公共Bus总站（售票）非常近，步行只需10分钟，可以比较早地赶到鹰巢，避开人流高峰，下午再去国王湖其他景点。

Das Zimmer war gut und das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war solide, allerdings eher Standard – so hätte man es genauso in einem 4-Sterne-Haus erwarten können. Was uns weniger gefallen hat: Abgesehen vom Frühstücksrestaurant wirkte das Hotel insgesamt sehr grau in grau und wenig einladend gestaltet. Der Gesamteindruck ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen – vieles erinnert noch stark an die 90er und könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen. Fazit: Zimmeraussicht und Service stimmen, bei Ambiente und Einrichtung besteht aber deutlich Nachholbedarf.

The hotel is amazing. The lady at the front desk was not that friendly and if you are traveling with kids, they may not use the pools after 18:00 hrs and it closes at 20:00. I do not remember paying less money for the kids, so did not understand why they could not use the facilities. Other than that, it is very nice.

Our room had a spectacular Mountain View and the food was superb. All the staff were lovely and friendly (Justin, Mario, Anita, Christian & Andy to name but a few) and we loved the activities. We went canyoning, via ferrata climbing and mountain biking and had a great time. The activity team were brilliant and worked very hard to organise everything for us which made our trip so enjoyable. Thank you everyone and we look forward to returning soon.

Vi var meget tilfredse med opholdet - dog undrede vi os over at værelset ikke blevet rengjort i de tre dage vi var der.

Hideaway der Extraklasse. Hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Erstklassiger Service und Küche, außergewöhnliches Ambiente, super freundliches Personal und wunderschönes Panorama. Wir haben uns sehr wohl Gefühl und waren schlicht begeistert vom Hotel und seinen Annehmlichkeiten. Unser Hund wurde ebenso liebevoll umsorgt, wie auch unsere Kinder. Top Hotel in der Luxusklasse

Hotel and restaurants were wonderful. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet. Pools were welcomed and wish we could have gotten a spa treatment but were already booked. Next time. The grounds are beautiful and I highly recommend staying here while in Berchtesgaden.
