最好住這家飯店…步行很方便。

房間隔音效果極差，隔著房間都能聽到別人說話。內部裝潢還可以，我覺得如果你只在房間裡睡覺，白天都在外面活動，那這裡還算可以。給我辦理入住的工作人員全程都皺著眉頭，跟我說話的方式也明顯感覺她不想在那裡工作😂 我希望管理層能採取措施解決這個問題，因為我看到好幾個人都遇到了和我一樣的情況。

地理位置非常優越，下次我還會再來。

hotel baik bersih..cuma paking kereta susah..malam sampai tiada paking disediakan oleh pihak Hotel..kena letak kereta tepi jalan.

gratefull coz dpt stay hotel yg dekat dgn event saya, .hope srvice yg diberi ada penambahbaikan more positive for next time dan advice one way of good communication eye contact perlu, guide book perlu ada dlm room no tel yg perlu drujuk if ada keperluan, tv pon sama, exp 1st time stay sini 4 kali turun ke kaunter untuk pertanyaan n bantuan yang lain semua oke.

Nice location and spacious room.

Terbaik. Bilik cantik dapat kali ni, bersih, anak-anak suka. Selesa lah. Cuma parking aja susah sikit, berebut nasib, ada juga kawanan depan sejalan boleh parking.

Good parking. Friendly staff. Comfort and spacious room, exactly as in the picture. Nice breakfast. Recommendation : Serve assorted breakfast, try not to stick to only 1 menu.

I have been traveled to Kota Kinabalu for many times and Chaya Hotel was the first place that I will choose to stay. Recently, the great view at the roof top floor has been invaded by the new condominium or hotel or apartment. This is really made me sad and angry.

overall oke..but my room is smelly..likes it from the toilet..

My access card was faulty. need to re-activate my card every time I enter the room. even when I went to swimming pool. they just blaming that that card was sensitive without changing it. spoil my vacation mood

Percutian keluarga yang menyeronokkan, bilik yang besar dan bersih, lengkap dengan kemudahan, sarapan pagi yang menyelerakan, staf yang peramah dan yang paling penting view yang menarik ketika mandi kolam di atas bangunan 😍

The air conditioner is not cold in the room, possibly due to poor service on the aircond and the hair dryer is not functioning due to the buttons ON broken.

very basic room with overhead shower only. however amenities provided only shower gel, shampoo and soap. No shower cap, cotton bud nor cotton pad. aged furniture but luckily mattress is still firm. stayed level 3, strong cigarette smell upon exiting lift and room although requested for non-smoking room. toilet smells, probably ventilation problem.

Bersih dan sangat selesa, pemandangan yang indah.

I had a pleasant stay here. The staffs were very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. I even had a magnificent view of the sea from where I'm staying during my stay.

The hotel looks old and really cheap. The room was ok at best. The breakfast was not even value for my money. Disappointing stay.
