Favorite hotel to stay. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and tourist photo spots. Provides reserved car parking.

This is my 2nd stay. Guard very attentive. Make sure we park at the right parking slot and put parking coupon to avoid parking penalty. Staff good 👍 family room is big and comfortable. Overall very satisfied. My preferred hotel if outstation to kluang. Hotel at the centre of kluang. Walking distance to famous Kluang Rail Coffee restaurant.

Stayed on the 3rd floor at the front of the hotel, the sound proofing from other rooms was loud whenever someone closing their door. The room was clean and big enough for 2 persons. There was a wardrobe for us to hang a few clothing. The toilet and shower area were surprisingly spacious and the drainage was good. Carpark provided in front of the hotel.

The location is perfect and the staff is very nice.

Everything is good. Try to improve WiFi.

Problem with the car park. Feel like very expensive. Because is just a triple story shop lot.

Paid RM158.60 for the narrow room (no. 313). It's really not worth it!
