Check in time took around one hour. Instead of check in at 2pm, but finally at 3pm. Why? The divine suite that I booked and paid was not ready yet, so they changed it to Fabulous room. The room itself is old and not as I expected from the photos. There's one cockroach 🪳 in the front toilet and the front aircon was leaking. The breakfast was very basic: rice, eggs, veggies, sausages and fish fillet, watermelon, bread, mango jelly, coffe. However, the front desk staffs were trying their best to accommodate us and they let us to have a late check out until 1pm. Definitely will not comeback to stay at this hotel.

Location was great but always short on face towels, sometimes hand towels, and bath mat as well.

My wife and I really enjoyed our one night stay here. The staff was extra courteous, well trained, and treated us like very special guests in a much more expensive hotel. Excellent service from all staff. Very impressive!

Room was nice and cleaned. Hotel near by the mall you can walk pass from the lobby to go to the mall so easy.

No smoking area. No smoking room. I had to go far away to smoke a little. Every hotel have smoking lounge or area. But this hotel have nothing. Bad breakfast selection. Security guard are from mall. Bad behavior.

Room was spacious. Staff friendly and responsive. Breakfast was good. Request to have your rooms carpeted. Also have a swimming pool built :)

The hotel room is spacious and the bed is comfy. The breakfast is ok. My only concern is there is no bidet in the toilet as I am used to staying in hotels which has one. The location is great as it is accessible through Robinsons Place Magnolia Mall where you can dine and shop.

This hotel is one of my favorite hotels when I stay in Manila. It is clean; room is spacious and it is just within distance to Robinson's Magnolia which makes it convenient to eat and shop. Plus the price is reasonable too.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. However, security can still be improved as anyone, even without key cards, can take the elevators going to the hotel room floors.

We had our overnight stay in this hotel last weekend. and it was a blast. Check in is so smooth. Systematic indeed, we didn't stay that long in the lobby. The receptionist and guards are very courteous. I particularly like how it is centrally located. It's so worth it. From the spacious room to the comfy bed and pillows, down to the clean bathroom, hands down.
