Everything was great! Even breakfast

At 6 am there was no hot water at all so we had to take a cold shower the wallpaper was ripped and by the elevator smell kind of funny

The room we got the restroom sink was clogged, no hand soap only bar soap, nothing else to offer. The breakfast was okay overall experience 7/10 I would try somewhere else.

La app de Expedia me confundió. Pedí hoteles cerca del CAS Cd de México y me direccionó al CAS de la CD de Tijuana y compré ahí... La verdad no me dí cuenta hasta en día 5 de junio y ya no pude cancelar ni reagendar. La página no es mala Pero satura mucho la información. Si no estás muy atento te puedes confundir y equivocar como me pasó. Estoy 😥 decepcionado. Perdí el dinero de la estancia.

Clean room, friendly staff

Se nos olvidaron unas botas en la habitación después del check out y el personal tuvo la amabilidad de resguardarlas por una semana hasta que regresamos a TJ y pasamos por ellas. Gracias

Clean room, Good breakfast and easy parking access.

I did NOTlike that I had asked for one king size bed for my room. When I got there on 5/23/2026 all they said was that my room was no longer available. How could that be? They said “ your room has been given to someone else”. How could that be?? Then on Monday we went to the Buffet at around 9:30 we headed up to our room. A little after10 am electricity was off and so was the water. I had an appointment with the Juzgado that day. I should up to court Unbathed and hair a mess. I should be compensated for this horrible stay. Really the Hyatt? How does this happen?? Poor really bad

El hotel es bastante cómodo, hay bastantes opciones para comer en los alrededores y una zona muy segura.

Best place I’ve stayed in Tijuana. Booked the hotel again for my next stay in a few weeks. It’s clean, friendly staff and breakfast was good. I won’t stay anywhere else in Tijuana going forward.
