客房比較小

酒店距離火車站很近十分方便、且乘其它旅遊車也十分便利。

We stayed here for three night. On the second night, the staff didn't clean our room. They claimed that a "do not disturb" card was hung on our door, which we didn't put there. After we complained to the front desk staff, they didn't try to resolve the issue, but only agreed to offer us another room after a 20-minute bargain. The staff was not very helpful. He only kept stating that nothing can be done as the cleaning staff was already off. Although we moved to a new room, it is a lot smaller than the original one. I think the attitude of the staff is not very good.

The hotel is within 5 minutes walk from JR station. Staff are nice and helpful. The room and toilet are small, but clean.

Small single room, but great location!!

房間剛進去會有一點味道 但待一會就不覺得有 晚上的櫃臺員工 不怎麼懂英文 有點難溝通。近jr站 5分鐘內會到 房間是整潔的

The hotel is old. Toilet is very small. The television is very small. But the location is quite good, very close to station.

This place was in a good area close to shops and food the only downside was the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were super small we actually went and bought some extra pillows to use

Location is good, next to bus station and across the street from the train station. The room was tiny, as is typical in Japan. No dresser to put clothes in. Bathroom is TINY. Maybe 4 feet by 6 feet. And the tub is along the 4 foot wall, so if you want a bath, you’ll be sitting up. Almost nowhere to place bath items, which was a problem with 3 people. Mattresses were very firm and not very comfortable. Each bed had one tiny pillow. Laundry facilities are outside under a covered area on the roof. Literally an 18 inch step up to get to the laundry area.

There is a seven eleven across the street from the hotel and the Sasebo train station. The shops and mall is walking distance. To get to 99 islands, you will need a taxi.

清潔感もあり駅から近くとても良かったのですが、チェックインの時に嫌な思いをしました。スタッフの態度対応が非常に良くなかったです。それだけでホテルへの評価がさがるくらい嫌な気持ちになりました。

エレベーターが狭くて遅い為、チェックアウトチェックイン時に渋滞します。 室内は清潔で良かったです。

事前の写真より期待以上。過ごしやすかった

清潔かつ綺麗な客室でリフレッシュてややの

提携浴場のロッカーをコインロッカーに変えて欲しい。カゴの中を漁られたし、バスタオルも使われました。
