Staff were welcoming, cocktails fantastic, we ate in the restaurant which was very good and nice atmosphere.

Well prepared, I told them I will come early and luckily I can early check-in. 5 min walk to bus stop to train station or other places in edinburgh

Very comfortable bed and breakfast was delicious!!

Would have ranked higher. Loved the room. However if your not able bodied - there is a lot of stairs to get to room. Our room was also directly above the bar. Loud dance music on sat night and then the rest of the nights not as loud.

Was a lovely clean room. Great views from my room. Service was awesome

Beautiful hotel, perfectly located with amazing staff! Ben makes amazing cocktails and Domenic will hep you with any recommendations ( we meet him at breakfast (amazing restaurant food and service) We will come back for sure!

We were visiting local friends. The hotel worked well and was perfect for our weekend stay. Staff friendly and helpful. The rooms was quiet. The restaurant and dining area always super busy. Seems to be a very popular place.

Second stay and just as good as the first. Dog friendly, beside the links & central enough for a night out. Tasty breakfast too

Set in a beautiful part of Edinburgh, the hotel is decorated stylishly with an eclectic mix of art and fixtures. The staff are friendly, the room was lovely with a pretty view across the back gardens of buildings on the row. Breakfast was amazing and the service was excellent. I'd definately recommend this hotel and will certainly be back.
