Breakfast was excellent. Evening meal not so good

The most amazing place. The staff really do go above and beyond to make sure the guests are happy. Lovely comfortable rooms. Friendly bar. Delicious food. Great wine list. Secure car park with no height restrictions. I think the experience that confirms my glowing review of the lovely staff came as we were leaving. Breakfast was served from 9 on weekends but we had to leave at 6.30 on a Saturday. We were invited into the dining room 2 1/2 hours early! They explained the hot food wouldn't be ready yet but there were plenty of other goodies including hot and cold drinks to help ourselves to. Unbelievable!

Having a boiler or a coffee maker in the room will upgare the service

The property was nice and very clean. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The only complaint is that in my 23 years of traveling internationally, the mattress had to be one of the worst I’ve ever slept on (not dirty just extremely uncomfortable). The other guests in our party had the same complaint. It was thin like a couch pull out mattress that had no cushion.

The property was lovely and the restaurant was delicious. We didn’t realize there would be a party outside our window that was very loud, but they stopped right at nine so it didn’t interrupt our sleep. We were disappointed that the beautiful pool was not filled. We were hoping to have a lazy afternoon in the gorgeous pool with the view of the unique building. Overall a good experience.

Bon hôtel et très agréable

Belle adresse avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Les chambres sont spacieuses et avec de bonnes prestations a l intérieur comme de grande baignoire ou bain à remous. Vraiment sympa. Je recommande l adresse. Mais si je dois donner quelques points négatifs , c est la proximité avec l autoroute qui crée un peu de bruit pour les sensibles et l insonorisation des chambres n est pas bonnes. Et attention a l entretien de cet hôtel si vous ne voulez pas le voir trop vieillir . Mais vraiment un bon rapport qualité prix

Desayuno variado, habitación con alguna falta de mantenimiento en ventanas y baño

Habitación principal limpia, cuarto de baño anticuado y sin nada de mobiliario para dejar si quiera un neceser. Camas cómodas. Personal de recepción correcto. Desayuno, poca variedad de alimento saludable, mucha bollería. Cada día encontrábamos vasos sucios en la zona de los limpios y en general falta de limpieza.

La comida , el servicio un 10. Gracias

Todo perfecto camas muy cómodas, ducha con excelente presión, jardines muy bonitos y desayuno y cena muy ricos El personal muy amable

Looks like a castle, but built circa 2001? Seems to be dedicated to wedding events, - squeze as many guests in as possible. Large, impressive gardens at back but not accessible to 'ordenary' guests. We stayed beginning of April; not very full at all but ended up next door to family inc. small children shouting and running about, had to knock on door at 10:30 p.m. Woke up by dog barking at 6:15 a.m. left 7 a.m. without breakfast. Staff friendly but bar staff only spoke Spanish. Receptionist on checking out said nothing when we said how annoyed we were that in a hotel with apparently so many empty rooms we ended up between a playroom and a dog kennel. ( I didn't use them exact words but I now wish I had.)

Another wonderful stay in this lovely castle. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Dinner was delicious. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Secure parking with no height restrictions - (something I always have to search for on reviews) which I hope will help someone!
