Full house resort. Greatest hotel ever LOL

The room is big, very suitable for couples.

We stayed 2 nights in a 2-bedroom suite, which were booked separately. They were able to arrange it so that we didn't have to check out and back in to a different room, and they were able to accommodate our early check-in request, which was so helpful. This was our favourite place that we stayed on our trip through Wasaga, Thornbury, and Blue Mountain Village. The pool and hot tub were a lot of fun, and the view from our room of the water was amazing. We sat and looked out at the water every chance we got, including our 4- and 2-year olds. The kitchen was well-stocked (but bring your own ground coffee) and the entire unit was very spacious with tons of seating. The beds were comfortable and a great size! There is no elevator, so if you need an accessible unit, be sure to book one. There is direct access to your room from the parking lot via back stairwells, and direct access to a huge shared patio overlooking the water via the front stairwells. It was very close to a grocery store and a variety of restaurants, and you get discounts to several area businesses with your stay. We have no cons. We will definitely be back! The only thing we would note for others is that the beach across the street was so pebbly and sharp that we couldn't make it work for us. (Luckily, it's not a long drive to sandy beaches in the area!)

Royal Harbour is a fantastic location in a cute town and all rooms face the water. It is ‘cottage-like’ in that the decor is somewhat rustic, but it has everything you need and suites are really large! We always enjoy our stays here (this was our third time) and really love the Georgian Trail for biking/walking. The staff are also excellent!

Great location. Short walk to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Situated on the harbour with nice views of the water. Rooms are well equipped and clean but this property is showing its age. The rooms are dated and dark. Carpets stained and furniture needs replacing. No central air just window air conditioning units. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they kindly arranged a crib for our baby. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and comfortable

Perfect place for an overnight getaway! Everything within walking distance!

Location is great, but unfortunately the hotel is out of date. Our room had combwebs throughout the room in corners, and small openings between walls/furniture. Kitchenette was ok, but the oven range and cabinets above the range had a grease feeling up the front. We had rain over night on our first night, and found out our room leaked. Water came in from the roof above the sink area of the kitchenette. Looked like it's an on going issue as the ceiling has water stains. Talked to the front desk about and while I was talking to front desk about it, water dripped from the roof on me. Thought maintenance could check out room, but we heard nothing and no visit from staff.

Quiet location and all the rooms have a view of the water

The place was worn and needs updating and leaking from the ceiling at check in which dripped onto my head. Room was large. close to beach.

Great view and comfortable suite, though on the expensive side (understandable, given the season and time of the week). However, the AC in one of the bedrooms wasn’t working, and wifi sucked in the suite and non-existent in the bedrooms. Cell reception also wasn’t the greatest (in lieu of wifi, though that’s. It the property’s fault).

Staff was excellent very helpful. Saltwater pool was amazing. We enjoyed the sauna as well. Very clean. Loved the view of the lake!

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and well equipped , nice view. Parking is easy at the back of the building .

Hate to complain, but...... When you list a pool and hot tub I counted on using them. 2 days that I was there neither was working. The walls were so thin between units the gentleman next door woke me snoring. He was not loud and I sleep pretty soundly. You could hear the people having a regular conversation. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the amenities were nice. I just have a problem with advertised features that always seem to be down.

This is our second time staying here. The staff is fantastic, location is great and the rooms are huge. We were hoping the place overall would have updated things some since we were last here but that wasn’t the case. A coat of paint, fixing up this leaky toilet, sink and shower, the broken screen door lock, the display on the air conditioner….none of these things were deal breakers for us at this point but would be nice to see in the near future.
