Friendly staff, but some nights and mornings a bit noisy. I dont know where's the noises are from.

Perfect. Kamar luas dengan dapur peralatan lengkap sehingga memudahkan saya yang membawa 2 lansia dan anak kecil. Peralatan mandi lengkap, dengan 2 wc dalam 1 unit. Tapi tolong house keeping jangan hari Jumat saja, krn 1 hari saja kamar sudah harus dibenahi. Di lobby ada kopi, teh dan makanan ringan gratis. Staf ramah, hotel bersih. Dekat mrt dan bus. Banyak makanan di sekeliling. Pasti kembali lagi

Lingkungannya tidak terlalu ramai, cukup tenang dan enak untuk keliling bersepeda atau berolahraga di sekitar area. Dekat dengan Stasiun MRT, dekat dengan McD dan minimarket. Juga di seberangnya ada 2 cafe untuk nongkrong sarapan atau makan siang/malam. Kamar tenang, bersih dan amenity cukup lengkap. Tersedia dapur dengan perlengkapan masak sehingga bisa masak sendiri. Cocok untuk keluarga dengan membawa anak-anak.

Location is great to buy foods and drinks, 711 only 5 minutes away, in 10 minutes you can reach GWC mall. The room is very clean and the customer service is very good. Will be back someday.

The room is very spacious, exactly looks like on photos. King size bed was really comfortable. 2 bathrooms are smart ideas, really convenience. And the kitchen stuffs are well-prepared also very complete. Lovely stay!

Kamar dipesan untuk 1 bedroom dengan extra bed. Karena kami 3 orang. Sudah dibayar untuk extra bed. Sampai hotel diminta deposit. Standard lah. Sampai di kamar semua fasilitas untuk 2 orang. Dari handuk, air minum, perabotan untuk makan dan lain-lain. Tapi waktu kami telpon, mereka baru pasang extra bed, Air minum dan lain-lainnya. Kamar mandi sempit. Tapi okelah. Panci alat masak ada. Kecuali receccooker.

All is good, but this hotel is pretty far from MRT Station

We enjoyed the size of the room and its cleanliness. The beddings are soft and clean very conducive to good sleep. The fact that the room had 2 bathrooms is so convenient.

The apartment is clean, they provide the connector for the electric pods. They also have laundry room where you can use the washer and the dryer for $6 per machine. The lady in the receptionist need to improve how to smile. As the opposite the manager is so friendly and full of information. Why am I saying this, for the first day we took the wrong mrt station - outram park mrt (2.8 kms walking distance) for the lady in the front giving us wrong information about the whereabouts mrt station. On the second day when we complaint, the manager show us where the nearest mrt station (Tiong Bahru station) .. and turns out it's only 10 minutes walking distance (around 500-800mtrs). Can you imagine how long we walked on the first day because of the misinformation and the unfriendly attitude of the front lady? 😅 Overall this is a good service apt, will be back for sure

Bersih, lokasi cukup strategis dan dekat ke tempat tempat tujuan wisata. Dekat ke outram station yang merupakan station cabang west dan north. Di areal havelock juga mudah menemukan mini market, food court, massage dan dekat ke mal tiong bahru.

Awesome unit as I expected. very close to public transport (bus or mrt)

This is our second time staying in this property and so far so good. The size of the room is bigger compare to another hotel room with the same price. It has small kitchen with 2 stove burner, microwave, water kettle, cutters, plates, bowls, cooking utensil (knife, cutting board, pan).. very complete kitchen facilities! and also big Fridge. The room have 2 bathroom and also 2 TV. They also have Sofa Bed in the living area, but if you want to ask it to be set up with bed sheet, pillow, blanket, etc, there will be additional cost around 80SGD. Cleanliness of the room when we arrived also good, however NOT when they do 'make-up' room the next day, the face towel and toilet paper is not being refilled, and my TV remote battery is not being changed even though I have left note on top of the remote to change it (well, but I think its because some of the Housekeeping attendance cannot speak English)... but all in all will come back to this property again..Oh and the location is only 10 min by Taxi to Orchard, and 20min walking to Tiong Bahru Mall (they have McD, BreadTalk, Valu$ - place to buy cheap chocolate, 4Fingers Chicken, Toys Shop, and many more!)

Apartemen yang bersih dan nyaman, belakang ada bus stop, jadi kita bisa berpergian dengan bus stop. Tempat makanan juga banyak dijumpai dengan berjalan kaki. Selalu akan kembali menginap kalau ke Singapura.
