A really nice option to stay in Cozumel, if you want to be close of El Centro and with one of the best prices I’ve found.

The property was a great location by the square and ferry dock. And the staff and hotel was clean and neat for the great price.

We stayed 4 night and really enjoyed ourselves. Great location, filling and convenient breakfast. Enjoyed watch the turtles in the main patio area.

La habitación olía demasiado a humedad y el baño se encontraba con las paredes manchadas y hacía falta mantenimiento. La atención del personal de la llegada fue buena; sin embargo, yo fui a entrenar por varias horas y le pregunté al chico que me recibió si podía hacer late check out y me dijo que sí. Desgraciadamente, me caí entrenando y el pararme a curarme las heridas me tomó media hora más y cuando llegué, aun sin exceder el tiempo que me habían concedido un día antes, el empleado de recepción que estaba en el turno de medio día, muy insensible de mi situación me dijo que tendría que pagar por la hora extra. Aún cuando vio mis heridas.

This hotel has a lot of character. Location is the best.

Very nice with great decor. I’ll be back. I’m very happy with this budget option. I like the patio with turtles . It’s nice to have a place to cook. The breakfast could be a little better.

I’ve been staying here for years. It’s right downtown where all the restaurants are centrally located very very clean. Can’t say enough about this place. Will stay there again.

Great location, easy walk to the ferry terminal plenty of restaurants nearby felt very safe quiet comfortable very helpful staff. Appreciated the bulk filtered water in the lobby. Reduce waste with glass glasses eco-friendly. Would stay there again on future trips

Very nice old hotel

The hotel was lovely and all the employees too. The hot water was a bit of a challenge some days. I loved the drinkable water available.

Great stay at Hotel Mary Carmen. Room was updated since last year, with new tile in bathroom, and nice shower head. Ac worked great and also ceiling fan when ac was not necessary. In room safe was nice, and plenty of water available in dispensers on each floor. The turtles are still there in the courtyard, making that area pleasant. Jose Angel at front desk is helpful as always.

Well maintained property. Definitely recommend.

Clean, safe, comfortable, friendly and perfect location. Need I say more?
