Saya menginap 1 hari, yg sblm nya di hotel kaani, alhamdulillah bisa check in jam 12, tp didalam kamar tidak ada handuk dan keset, saya minta handuk lalu dikasih, gak ada sikat gigi. Tempat strategis persis depan pelabuhan maafusi, pelayanan bagus tp ada staf yg bikin kami kurang nyaman gara2 pas checkout kami ga langsung pergi pdhl kami ikut tour di hotel dia,otomatis cek out lebih awal agar bisa menikmati tour dari pagi beres tour laut jam 3 sore kami ikut diam dlu di lobi hotel utk bersih2 (wc nya kecil ga bs buat mandi) ada staf nya seperti ingin mengusir atau bahkan meminta tambahan charge untungnya staf yg lain tidak setuju dg staf yg ngomong td, kami menyebrang ke airport jam 19.30. Makanan enak,staf lain ramah, wc publik sangat kecil . Utk harga yg kami dapat 3jt rupiah udh include pajak sangat tdk wort it dgn pelayanan yg didapat tp saya menghargai staf yg ramah kpd kami.

Near the beach, jetty. There is night buffet 12$. No restroom after check out but the staff arrange for us. But they do not help on transfer since we leave to another resort, they just say go to the airport then resort take us. We took Icoms for private transfer. We take a tour of another hotel although they offer some tour too.

Pilihan cocok untuk menginap, dekat kapal berlabuh, resepsionis helpful dalam memberi info, acara tour dari hotel boleh diikutin dan tidak mahal. Kamar menyenangkan.

Tempat yang nyaman untuk menginap, breakfast sederhana tapi good enak, stafnya ramah, siaran TV dan wifinya saja yang kurang bagus, so far so good👍🏻

They never mentioned we had to take the boat across to their island. We arrived mid night and no boats can take us there. We felt deceived and had to find another hotel

Very bad at communications as hotel and staff promised to send me photos and videos of snorkelling trip but it took very long time and I need to keep follow up by email. Not worth to join their snorkelling trip as they don’t deliver their promise. Not recommended.

Room: nice deco but it would be better if their comforter is wider Food: their buffet breakfast is nice. u should try their Lebanese chicken grill! Staff: helpful and kind Location: strategic location. 2-3mins walk from jetty

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lack of variation and almost nothing special except the egg corner. The manager Jack initially insisted that the single room was the best with the room rooftop although it wasn't the one I paid for and they finally managed to give me double room after I asked to be moved. Guests had to be firmed with the manager IMHO. Overall it was great, they cleaned the room everyday without being asked.

Hotel, pelayanan dan paket wisata sangat baik. semua yang dibutuhkan ada disini. transport, hotel, restoran paket wisata semuanya lengkap. Harga juga lebih murah. Pelayanannya banget.

It's not worth for the price, and you'll get bad service, room and meal. The front desk girl is not nice I can't remember her name but she is always sat down there without no smile and not help at all. I pay for almost 100 dollars but I got the worst WiFi signal ever. I stayed at room 103 and the WiFi not even reach my room! And when I told the front desk girl she said "it's because we are in the island" which is not make sense and not help. And the TV is not working as well. I booked this hotel with breakfast. And the last 3 days I ate breakfast from the day before, so its not a fresh meal! Thank you crystal sands hotel you give me unforgettable memory stayed a week in the island with no internet, no TV, bad meal, service. thank you ! For the reader, the good things about this hotel is the location.
