房間很大很寬敞飯店很有設計感

It is a nice hotel except the distance from everything

The staff are very friendly and helpful, Rooms are clean and tidy with everything you need. I have no idea whether parking on the roadside for overnight is safe or not in the Mangere area? But for safety and convenience, NZ$10 parking fee for the whole day charges, I guess it should be quite reasonable.

Great staff at this hotel. Stylish property, starting to show its age. Comfortable beds, warm room on a cold wet Auckland day. Sharp pricing. Will stay again.

Check in is via kiosk, and there wasn’t a smile to be had by any of the staff I saw. Hallways were really noisy and the bed was hard. Much better places nearby to stay, would not return.

Too far from the lobby area

Awesome room, loved the bathroom. Only downside was the toilet flush kept sticking and there were ants on the desk, so on my laptop.

Room was excellent, very romantic and tasteful Check-in with a McDonalds order system? Disappointing experience Bar/restaurant staff friendly but not capable and attentive.

The hotel is nice by the airport. It rained all day but their was plenty to do at the hotel!

Staff are great especially reception. Super easy check in and check out. Would stay here again! Only thing I was torn about was the TV in the room as Netflix was not working. Usually don’t care for the TV when staying in a hotel - but the purpose of my stay was a “staycation”. Otherwise, great stay overall and it’s so close to neighbourhood shops and the airport.
