expectation not met. I lost business.

the roof is leaking. I transferred to other room.the power of the aircon is so slow. so hot. 3 times I requested to fix it. yet it still the same.

Well as expected sa SOGO, my go-to hotel, makakaranas ka lang ng waiting kapag peak hours but staffs will entertain you from time to time, thumbs up :)

Not good for long stay. food is expensive and doesn't taste good at all. this isn't recommended for travellers

It was awesome.. hotel crews are nice.. food is great specially the fried chicken.

WiFi connection is bad, usb for led tv's are not working

Well basically the room is too small. I don't know why the room is premium but technically it is not since the space is very small. I thought we'll have a special room but no we didn't. It is like we checked in at a motel. Not in hotel at all.

Not so good , but just ok, location wise

The room was really clean and the staff especially the manager was really accommodating. Better than the sogo located in edsa.
