My stay was great

It is an older hotel but clean. Had a residential style window A/C but is was quiet and cooled well. The restaurant and bar are excellent. Enjoyed our stay. Got a little excitement when a truck backed into the window during breakfast.

Enjoyed access to ground floor room from both interior and exterior doors.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hair dryer in our room was not working, and the bathroom ventilation was also broken.

It was what I expected clean friendly and free breakfast was great and great food!

When we arrived the power was out in Truro so the Hotel was dark,and in disarray.they did there best to accommodate us.The hotel was clean and comfortable and when the bar and restaurant finally opened up at 5.30 pm it was pleasant and comfortable

Clean room but the a/c does not stay on in the room or the fan so if you like background noise this is not the place for you. Room was sticky and hot and you could hear all the outside noise

The staff was friendly, facility clean and breakfast was great!

We stayed in room 203. The room was clean and spacious, it had two queen beds and still had to room to move around. Both the bathtub and the bathroom sink were mostly plugged up - so water would accumulate while showering or washing your face, and drained VERY slowly. Other than that, there were no issues. You receive breakfast coupons for the buffet breakfast in their restaurant.

Solid 3 star hotel.

Our experience was very positive, from the friendly front desk attendant, he was so Pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately we had to leave to travel to the airport prior to dining room opening for breakfast we had an early flight so left hotel by 5 a.m. Would definitely recommend Glengarry Best Western to others.

Very clean but can do a few repairs on the room and the smell of dog through out the room, the bed was very comfortable all over great stay!

Just as expected

Well maintained and clean. The staff were very helpful as we had internet issues with our phones; so we had no navigation. The woman at the desk printed out directions to a nice park nearby and restaurants.

Love this hotel! Rooms are clean, breakfast was good! My only complaint is very poor lighting in corridors outside rooms.

No free coffee in the lobby in the morning and the breakfast bar wasn't open until 7 am.
