The room was very disgusting, we had to clean it ourselves. After several complaints to the front desk. The breakfast was equally disgusting, food was not edible. I would never go back.

The breakfast buffet is fantastic. We always enjoy it. However there was some confusion with guests about end time. The sign out front of hotel says it’s 6:30-10:00 am buffet. It was starting to be closed and items taken away by 9:25 each day of our stay.

Good place to stay

The breakfast is good adding to the stay but everyday is like customer fighting for food or plates or cups. There were two staff only doing everything . The room is old and need some update . But overall livable standard z

Way Over priced for the quality of the beds and the linens. Can hear absolutely everything through the walls.

Wonderful stay, easy with children. Lots of friendly people staying. Great breakfast. Rooms are a bit on the older side, but similar to motel style.

For a Best Western Hotel i expected at l3ast dbl ply toilet paper, but no it was extremely thin single ply. Shower ready to fall off. Hotel looks nice from the road, but that's it.

This place is awful and I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend this place to anyone. The room feels dirty, the bath tub didn’t drain and the tv is in front of the bathroom, not in front of the beds. The beds are worn in and uncomfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were both dirty and you are not able to turn the jets on in the hot tub. The walls are thin and the property is run down. After the first night housekeeping came and vacuumed the floor and made the beds, but they didn’t take the used towels or replace them. Housekeeping did not come the rest of the time we were there (3 nights). On our third day we went to the front desk to ask for more towels and they provided us with 2 pool towels and told us there weren’t any other clean ones available and to ask another staff member if we saw someone walking around. I feel they might be short staffed and as a result are frustrated and unfriendly. We stayed there for 3 nights and in retrospect we should have found somewhere else to stay after the first night. This place was not at all worth the price and not the same standard as other Best Westerns we’ve stayed in.

We found pills under our bed. The staff are very rude. I watched them get upset with a little girl for asking for more milk. The lady said breakfast is closed but it was only 9:38, says breakfast until 10. They double booked our room and after we were already settled into the room they made us leave. All the ladies around were not nice at all. The pool was nice and room is cool

The floors in the room wasn't properly vacuum. There was white icing on carpet in the living room and wasnt properly clean. The room needs a deep clean. The breakfast was good. Pool area is nice.

Family friendly, lots of shade, pool is nice. Pool chairs recently replaced. Property is very run down. Uneven stairs, cracking concrete, very dated rooms. Seems quite run down and not up to typical Best Western standard.

The check-in process is a joke… we had read about others not being able to check-in on time and the same thing happened to us and several others while we were waiting. We waited over 2 hours to get our room! They told us an hour, so we came back and then they said they don’t know how much longer but to come back again in an hour. Finally an hour later it was ready. There were several other groups that had waited with us and still had no ETA on their rooms when we left to our room at 6 PM. this is extremely disappointing when you’ve travelled and paid to check in at 4 PM. The worst part is that the front staff seemed frustrated and rude towards all the guests that were waiting for their rooms. Other than that, we were pleasantly surprised by the room and property after expecting the worst.

Found some other people’s clothes in the closet. Had to figure out how to get power to the bed side table lamps.

This was a friends choice and because we booked last min, there were no other options. Well let me tell you, never again!! Unless you want the feel and treatment of a cheap motel, do not stay here. The place is not kept well, the staff are beyond rude and the breakfast was absolutely not to par for the price paid. Will never stay here again.

Overall very good experience

Our room was outdated but clean! The tub was clogged and backed up after used and the toilet needed a few flushes to go down (called the front desk and the finally came to look at it late the next day). The key cards did not work properly, we had to take them back a few times to reactivate, only to figure out they only worked on one side... The stairs up to the second floor were pretty outdated and a bit scary looking. Honestly could get past this, great pools, beautiful gathering area for families! BBQs, can enjoy a glass of wine outside with family and eat at tables! Worst part, got up to 39 outside.... Air conditioner didn't work great for a few nights and then the last night stopped working all together. Front desk person came up and restarted... But I didn't work. Ask for a room with a new AC unit if booking! An overall ok motel (yes motel!), but a lot of odd rules... Breakfast ok, but small area with a ton of people, get there early!

I took a walk around the property and found that it had really good amenities. Open area with tables and huge BBQ was really good.
