I have not received my security deposit back and I cannot access a number to call the hotel. I am not happy.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean and included full breakfast was great. Would stay again in the future.

Clean room.

The overall experience is ok. But the internet keep goes down. Called the front desk, someone came but not very helpful.

Clean, comfortable and reliable. I always stay here when I am in Terrace. The desk staff are great, especially the late night clerk who always remembers my name (except she wasn't there this time). Breakfast is good and filling with a freshly prepared omelet with your choice of toppings, as well as other items such as beans and sausages and hash browns as well as fruit and yoghurt, cereal, coffee, tea juice etc. Something for everyone and included in your stay. The attached restaurant has changed things around a bit and seems to only have wings and fries. Having spent three days eating fast food on the way there, I wanted something a little healthier. It used to have a broad selection of offerings, so I am not sure why it was changed. The food was always very good before. Probably still is, but I opted to go to the grocery store and get a salad. Nothing else is open in Terrace past 9 pm. Except, of course, fast food places. In any case, Terrace Best Western is a fine place to stay, and the staff are always great.

Bathroom shower didn’t immediately come on. Water started to flow after a few minutes

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast included an omelette station, hashbrowns, sausages, you-make waffles and all the usuals. I would definitely stay here again.

Recently renovated room that was very nice and quiet. Good light blocking shades and complete with comfortable chair and working desk.

Check In Staff was good enough. Breakfast was really good. However, we were put on a floor with multiple rooms under maintenance, but not given a heads up in advance. Maintenance equipment all over the hallway and drywall dust everywhere. Our room was ok, had an odd smell. Biggest issue was that the A/C unit was very loud all night. We had checked in around 6 and left right away and then back to our room after 11. At that point we decided to just let staff know in the morning. Front desk staff member seemed rather disinterested and said she would tell cleaning staff. Not a very good experience.

The pictures on this listing are not the real images. The hotel is disgusting and run down. There were workers sitting on back front step smoking right infront of the door. The hotel is disgusting and dirty Doors don’t shut properly, fans are extremely loud. No AC in the room and the staff are not helpful. I came to my room which was an oven only to realize the bathroom had tons of hair all over the floor gross!! The shower was brutal, drain broken, shower head broken pouring water everywhere. I would hope Expedia starts to investigate the hotels they list to ensure what is being advertised is what it actually is. I would not stay here again and would not suggest anyone else to either. Gross and un safe

The room was clean and seemed to be newly renovated so everything was nice. My room had a big TV that was also new. The staff went above and beyond every time I spoke to them. The restaurant had good food and the prices were very reasonable. The omelet bar in the breakfast area was really good. On my checkout day I had to fly out at 5 am and the staff offered to make me a to go bag to take with some breakfast items in it since breakfast didn’t start yet. Overall this is one of my favorite best westerns I’ve stayed at.

Lovely breakfast, friendly staff, needs some updating. Bath plug did not work. A lot could be achieved with some simple updates!

In need of an update. The heat didn’t work in my room, was only cold air. The room smelled like cigarettes and the heater/AC made loud banging noises every couple minutes.

The property was easy to find, the property was clean and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was great for appetizers and drinks after a busy day out and about. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was great as it offered gluten free items, as a celiac person this was amazing to have while traveling. This is a place I know I’ll return to because it’s quiet, clean, safe, and friendly staff.
