Good Service . Very testy food .

It’s just a beautiful, classic hotel. The staff is wonderful. The food is great. My room was clean and comfortable. It is an oasis of classiness in a city that’s seen better days. There was a lot of noise from doors slamming during the night. And once you’re outside, it’s insane.

A very nice modern hotel for the price. I would stay there again.

Breakfast was not good

I was traveling alone and felt safe and comfortable. The one issue was that the internet connection was exceptionally slow.

Nice, clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. As well, I experienced delicious western dinner in the Dining Room...truly enjoyed my roast chicken with potatoes, vegetables and gravy. Would happily stay at Hotel Maurya again!

Well located. Bed was not comfortable. Wifi was terrible I would not recommend it to another business traveler.

We enjoed our stay. Very good housekeeping And room service . Pleasant staff.

I stayed in this property for almost a week and had quite a disappointing experience dealing with the staff and services they offered. The hotel room wasn't clean, and when we complained about it, they moved us to another equally lousy room. Likewise, room service too was very disappointing. Often time the room service receptionist would miss the order placed. They served us stale or burnt tea on multiple occasions. Such was the experience that, in the end, we stopped ordering from room service.

I am not sure that the property deserves a five star rating; more like 3-4 star. The club room bathroom was not up to the mark, with the shower water getting into the entire bathroom. The hotel facilities need a massive upgrade. It is the staff at the hotel, with their attentiveness and service, that make up for the outdated facilities.

Hotel is very dated. Hard to believe it's five stars, but airport pickup, dinner and train station drop off were all included in the price so it's hard to complain.

The bath rooms are v small. The whole bath room gets wet after the bath. Not convenient to use it is too small.
