The staff are brainless ,especially the fat ladies front desk ,trying to cheat me with the wifi ,the first room before I request to change are smelly and liquidity .Don’t stay this hotel next time !!!!!!!

Staf hotel yg pria hanya fokus pd hp nya n dia maen game. Proses check in sangat lambat n berkata kamar full sedangkan Traveloka sudah kirim booking order ke email saya. Pelayanan staf yg tidak baik tidak sopan

Remote AC rusak remote TV rusak. Toilet bau dan fasilitas tidak sesuai dengan yang di tulis oleh Situs Traveloka. Tidak ada liftnya sementara di profile hotel di tulis ada lift. staf hotel yang tidak ramah.

Kamar bau dan terlalu sempit, terlalu pas susah bergerak. Lokasi memutar kalau mau ke UTM.

Lumayan untuk sekelasnya.

Bilik tak begitu besar tapi boleh lah buat tidur.

Oke lah, sekitaran hotel banyak kedai. Ada kedai Mamak 24 jam, order grab mudah. Dekat hotel ni pula ada kedai sop kambing, kedai ayam penyet sebelah hotel, boleh tahan. Hotel murah, bersih.

Servis yang memuaskan, fasilitas memadai/memuaskan.

Stayed in a single room for 3 nites. Don't expect too much. No table and chairs. Only have small book shelf. Just good to have a rest after hectic days. Water heater malfunction. Internet speed very good.

Budget hotel but excellent customer service.. My 2nd stay at MZ Hotel.

Lokasinya bagus, senang untuk mencarinya. Tapi sayangnya kamarnya terlalu kecil, dan juga air di kamar mandinya juga kecil.

It was an overall good stay. Nothing too fancy nor barbaric. Reasonably priced and worth the penny.

Overall is okay for backpackers.
