Room 209. City view. Lovely room, spacious and nice modern design. Good shower and bathroom. Bed fairly comfortable although dipped slightly in middle with 2 medium sized people in it. Pillows were plump. The only thing which let it down was the window catch was broken and the window would not close fully meaning the noise from the main ring road was loud and constant and woke me up several times in the night. I tried to put something inside the catch but it reduced the noise only a little. I suggest the hotel inspects and fixes this.

For the price we booked the room with breakfast included, it was excellent value for money. Great staff too.

Good value hotel which is upgrading the rooms at the moment. Our room had obviously been recently renovated and was brilliant with everything you would want from a small hotel room. Great shower/ all modern sockets with usb/ good tv with internet connection/ air conditioning which was very good. The bar area really needs some attention with ripped seats and scared walls where old air conditioners have been removed but it does look like work is being done all over the hotel to update and improve all facilities while still being open for business. All in all a solid 8.5 out of 10 for the price.

Staff were very polite and friendly, room was clean and quiet. Good place to stay for Wolverhampton wanders fc, a short walk from town center and 15 mins from main Coach Station & Train Station

Okay room for 1 night

Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly ,was in a good location for the train station and football stadium. But is beside a busy main road so expect noise from traffic

We were in town to see the Wolves play. For this reason, the hotel was absolutely perfect. A very short walk to the stadium. However, the hotel was run down and the beds were atrocious. But again, because of the location, it was worth it.

Hotel is nothing to look at from the outside, lots of maintenance work going on inside, car park difficult to find and not many spaces. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Room was nice, it was a new refurbished one. Bed and sofa bed comfy, WiFi was hit and miss. We had a problem with a leak somewhere which soaked the carpet, staff were very good but there wasn’t a lot they could do with the hotel being fully booked, gave us towels to put on the floor. Would book again but once all renovation work was completed.

Room clean & tidy & work being done to update rooms. Outside areas, car park etc need work. Staff not overly friendly & helpful.

Room was dirty and smelt funny

Good location and nice staff. Unfortunately no shampoo in the room, bathroom bin was still full from previous guests and the mattress was very stained.

Room was spacious and clean. Only issue no breakfast on offer. Maybe due to some works being done. But great location. In City Centre by the football ground. Good price too

Room was lovely, staff very friendly, parking price very good and £10 for a late check out it was brilliant, we will defintely stay again 😀
