We had a great time, the management was helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious . Just the breakfast got us unhappy. No choices of chickens like sausage, and omelette.

Didn’t stay long. No vents in bathroom which is a huge issue for smell if someone uses the toilet, have a shower and steams up the room and heats up the room. Front desk only gives you one key card. They don’t tell you need the card to pretty much get anywhere in the hotel. But you need a key card to get up the elevator or stairs. Had a kid stuck in the stairs, couldn’t find them, staff was there when kid called scared and the lady staff member walked away and didn’t help, she just said go look down there. Finally found kid went to front desk, got second key card. Had a discussion with front staff, they couldn’t care less. Told they were short cards, meanwhile while I was checking in, front desk were handing multiple cards out to other families. Wasn’t a great experience and lack of communication with front desk was terrible.

The drain was running slow in the bathtub and the freezer drip tray was warm and full of water but everything was clean and quiet and the breakfast was very nice.

This was perfect - the staff were incredibly friendly, the breakfast was yummy and they even made a vegetarian omelet on request. My son adored the pool. I'd definitely be back!

Staff was friendly. Room was large and very clean. Comfy beds. Breakfast was good. Didn’t use the pool or gym but both looked nice.

It was a comfortable stay. Breakfast was different every day. They are full breakfasts. They were all nice.

The beds were the highlight. Hotel beds tend to be under reviewed, but really, isn’t that why we stay somewhere? The beds here are comfy, clean, and I didn’t struggle to sleep at all. The breakfast was well attended and the amenities, location, and staff were above standard. Can’t wait to stay again!

Family loves staying there on our travels through

The lady at the front desk is extremely smug and snobby. We chose this hotel for the hot tub because I suffer from chronic pain and needed a soak after a long drive. The pool was filled with nearly 40 teenagers screaming, hitting each other, throwing flip-flops around, cracking the towels on the water which ruptured my eardrum. No chaperone to be found. Front desk shrugged off my complaint. The next day I was on the hours-long hike that we had travelled to Kamloops for hours into the desert, when I receive a call from said front desk lady. There was an error with our booking and we had planned to stay one extra night. The front desk clerk said that we had 10 minutes to come and get our belongings as checkout was at 11:00 a.m. And it was now 1. I stated that there was an error with booking and that we had planned on staying an extra night with the discount we had found on Expedia. If the clerk said that it was impossible to book it for that price and was trying to charge us over $200 more than the day that we had expected to book. And gave us the option of coming to grab our stuff within the 10 minutes, knowing that I was hours into my hike or she "Might" have to charge us for the night. I asked for a second to discuss with my husband and tried to call back and no one would answer moments later. We tried several times and ended up having to call best Western head office to sort it out so we wouldn't be charged. When we came back the clerk laughed at us!
