+離地鐵站不遠，走路約8分鐘。一路走過來有餐廳，麵包店，水果蔬菜店等等，自己下廚非常方便。接待人員友好，會親自教該如何使用爐子與洗衣機等等，房間寬敞明亮，除具備品齊全。 -需支付50歐的清潔費覺得略貴，適合住比較多晚較划算。盤子上有麵條未洗滌乾淨，無接待人員但都非常主動地發信，回復也都很快速。

Nice reception person with flexible check-in and luggage storage service. Walking distance to Metro station Fontana. We lived in the street-side apartment. Unacceptable noise from construction cross the street and the heavy traffic. It get even worse in the midnight cause there is a bar next to the apartment. Useless window because there are ventilation holes on it, not sealed. Not recommended.

Very nice apartment in a centric and lovely area. I suggest to leave a Metro and city map for guests at the apartment-it will be useful. Also, reliable taxi companies and how to contact them. Otherwise, very nice

Appartement agréable, bien situé. Malheureusement, le côté "appartement" manquait: pas de micro-ondes, pas d'huile et sel, 2 dosettes de café auraient été les bienvenus en arrivant. Perso, je n'ai pas vu la plus-value de prendre le concept appart-hotel, dommage. Difficulté pour acceder au parking (badge duqfonctionnel et aucune indication pour nous dire d'utiliser les clés). Ceci dit, le sejour s'est bien déroulé de maniere globale

가족 여행으로 좋습니다. 비대면 체크인이라 안내메일 확인하고 체크인하시면 되고, 관광지랑은 거리가 좀 있긴 하지만 저희는 여행내내 택시만 이용했어서 딱히 불편한건 못느꼈어요. 또, 숙소 바로앞에 편의점이 있고, 걸어서 10분거리에 한인마트도 있어서 식사 해결하기도 좋아요. 다음에 또 스페인에 가게된다면 다시 이용할 것 같습니다!

部屋はモダンで大変綺麗です。炊事洗濯ができて、インターネットTVで旅行の情報収集もできたので大変良かったです。今回のスペイン旅行でアパートメントスタイルに三か所泊まりましたが、どこもよくできていて大変良かったです。英語での連絡を受けますが、それが問題なければおすすめです。

We found the parking instructions complicated and at 11 o'clock at night it made it even more difficult to find the parking space where you pull over onto the curb, which is not clear,

Great neighborhood- wonderful apartment. Would recommend it!

We stayed there for 2 nights and we only got 1 roll of toilet paper. Appliances are also very hard to operate. The beds are uncomfortable, they should have put a King or Queen size bed instead of 2 single beds. The sofa bed is also uncomfortable because the mattress is so so thin. Not enough beddings and blankets. The pillows are so smelly.

Nous y avons passé 2 nuits en famille, tout était parfait ! La situation géographique est idéale, le quartier hyper sécurisé mais assez animé. le logement et sobrement décoré, la literie hyper confortable. Le personnel très agréable. Bref, je recommande cet hébergement !

The property is in a great location- very walkable. The management was super friendly and helped us with our every need. I would highly recommend this property. I can’t wait to go vack!

Todo estuvo bien. Lo único por comentar es que la secadora no seca. La ropa la deja mojada.

Struttura molto pulita ed ordinata. Zona top. Vicina alla fermata della metro, in un quartiere vivo, sicuro, con diversi servizi e non eccessivamente affollato come altri. In 4, con il divano letto aperto non c'è un facile passaggio in soggiorno. Sicuramente consigliato.

The property needs a remodeling/ updates. Walls are in stain. Some cabinet doors and Furniture are damaged. It would also be great to have extra pillows for the bedroom and replace two twin beds with a king/queen one.

staff was always available to bring toilet paper and towels. very clean hotel! very nice that it included washer and dryer

We spent 4 nights at the apartment, it was centerally located and close to the fontana metro. The apartment met most of our needs except the bed was a double bed made up of two single beds which moved through the night from tossing and turning. The water pressure was low and not enough toilet rolls were provided for 4 nights. However, checkin and check out was straight forward and apartment was tidy and clean.
