位置ok，離市中心及機場不太遠，適合夜機過一晚夜，附近有餐廳超市，但因晚上9時先到達酒店，超市及大部份餐廳已關，車輛可免費停泊，我住的是雙人大床房，有露台，空間足夠，但設施老舊，房內東西很多塵埃，不太整潔，沒有拖鞋及牙刷牙膏! 價錢尚可! 如入住一晚都會推薦!

網頁上寫有浴缸所以我們訂了到了房間發現沒有跟櫃檯反應，櫃檯說要我們自己打電話去跟hotels.com等訂購網站反應是網站的問題跟飯店無關她無法給予任何幫助，爛透了，浴室都是灰塵，冰箱一打開很多小蟑螂，真的是很恐怖的地方。。。We got hotel as we wanted a combination bathroom with bath and shower, the lady at counter didn't bother to help she said some rooms have some don't but on website it says that is what we are paying for, and don't have hairdryer, the lady told us to call website we booked room from to change room as she said she didn't have anything to do with room. Cockroaches were in fridge.

Clean, parking, staff, enjoy

It's an older hotel however, its clean and well maintained. The staff were polite and helpful. The location is great and central to everything.

Bit of noise, but less than expected. Very good location and comfortable room. Big bathroom. Helpful staff. Good price for the quality. Very happy with stay overall.

My room was very comfortable and quite airy for the price. It was a pity that the air-conditioning remote would not activate the unit so I had to climb on a chair and do it manually. I reported it and presume it was attended to after I left. It was not as noisy as I expected, being on a main road and the sounds from the bar were not an issue. It was winter weather so not many people sitting in the open air area so I cannot comment on that point. The room was clean, except the shower could do with more than just a once over - but I didn't find that an issue. Nice touch to have biscuits and breakfast cereals in the room. Supplied toiletries were great too. Parking is in a public area that adjoins the main road, I had no issues. The bar staff (who also did the check-in) were super friendly, thanks to both of you. Food was not bad for the price and I ate in the hotel for the two nights I was there, so that says something. There are plenty of eating places near by but I didn't go to those. One thing to be aware of is that I had to carry my suitcase up a couple of flights of stairs, so consider that when booking. I'm 71 years old and didn't have a problem. Very convenient to public transport. I'll stay there again. Overall, I give it 3.5 stars out of 5.

Nice, big clean room and en suite. Staff downstairs in the pub were friendly, helpful and efficient. Warm welcome as non members at the Tuesday night jazz club - great band on our night. However, globe not screwed in properly in bedside light. Fridge door panel fell off. Fixed both these problems. Couldn't fix the lack of spoons so didn't tackle the complementary cereal. Its a fun place - we will stay again.

Room clean and welcoming. Crockery and glassware very clean and everything well stocked .

Had a great stay at the Civic Hotel and a great dinner in the pub.

Great shower with lots of pressure, comfortable bed and spacious room. Dated but comfortable. Plenty of parking out the back.

Great location lovely staff and value for money

The room was ok the shower was disgusting the aircon didn't work no spoons to make a drink. Staff were polite and informative and just needed alot of maintenance. Will not stay again.

Room was comfortable, and well appointed. From the outside looked a tad run down. But it delivered what was necessary. Loads of parking at the rear, and loads of amenities surround the facility, Coles, Chemist, restaurants. Public transport at your door. Hard to go past this location. Really good !!

The only fly in the ointment was been woken up to the sound of a leaf blower operated by a man at the Vietnamese cafe opposite. Just after 6am - well before 7am. Hope its not a regular occurence.
