New & clean facilities and,excellent environment. Very close to the Middletown Beach which is amaxingly beautiful! 設施新淨，環境優美，很近 Middletown Beach, 沙灘很美！

Was a great location. Apartment was Fantastic. Highest praise is that we would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others. Bonus was getting up close with a critically endangered possum in a tree directly in front of the property 2 nights in a row.

Apartment is at Middle beach which is a distance from the town centre so you definitely need a car to get around. Just around the corner from the apartment is as lovely wine bar and next door a fish and chip shop which saved us on our first night there. There is also a hotel at Middle beach - another dinner options.

THE ROOM WAS WELL EQUIPPED AND VERY CLEAN. THE ONLY DOWN SIDE WAS THE SHOWER IN THE SPA WAS HARD TO GET IN AND OUT OF, THE STEP NEEDED TO BE NON SLIP.

Pelicans Albany is situated in an excellent location. The rooms are clean and well appointed. This was our third stay at the property. We love the cooking facilities in the kitchen, with a hot plate and a microwave. This stay we found the shower a little difficult with no screen or curtain. We also had an issue with a water leak due to heavy rain as a storm passed overnight.

We only had a two night stay but I think this unit would be great for an even longer stay. It was nice to have a separate bedroom after hotel room stays. Very spacious overall, we were upstairs so had 2 balconies. Short walk to beach, boardwalk and great fish and chips! Quiet location.

The bathroom could use some touching up. Over all, comfortable place to stay that’s close to the water and food options.

The Villa itself was modern and had been renovated in the last few years, however it is not worth the extra money to “upgrade” to a villa. They are very small units which share walls with your neighbours, meaning you can hear all conversations all hours of the day. There is no privacy, as all unit entrances are next to one another, meaning your main living area is on display to anyone who walks past to get to their designated unit. The bed is super uncomfortable, and the lack of airflow in the bedrooms is really annoying, there is no aircon, only a fan provided which was like a jet plane taking off. The perks of Pelicans is the location, 2 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes to some of the best look out points in Albany, however any shops/restaurants are a further drive back into town (10/15minutes). We enjoyed our stay due to the town and location, but I wouldn’t stay at pelicans again, the price point is astronomical compared to what you are receiving. I can’t talk for the apartments, but the villas are not worth it.
