The room has a very strange odor, and ridiculously small.

Receptionist nya ga terlalu profesional, pakai pijama baru bangun tidur.

Good service and clean room. I arrived earlier around noon and wanted to leave by bags at the reception, but the receptionist checked if my room was ready. It was, and I was allowed to check in early, although check in time is only at 2 pm. This was a very nice gesture. My request to have a room on the ground floor was also granted. The hotel is surrounded by a few fast food restaurants and is an easy 5-minute drive from Perth airport.

No elevator in the hotel. Make it difficult for travelers carrying big bags. Other things are good and worth with the price.

Saya menjadikan hotel ini sebagai tempat transit sebelum penerbangan saya pukul 6 pagi. Hotel ini sangat minimalis secara fisik bangunan serta jumlah pegawai. Bahkan pada pukul 11 malam sudah tidak ada pegawai. Jadi apabila memesan taksi harus disampaikan pada resepsionis di sore hari dan dipastikan taksi bisa datang tepat waktu. Lokasi hotel ini jauh dari tempat makan, sebaiknya sudah membawa bekal makanan untuk malam hari.

Clean and comfortable room hotel...

Tempatnya bersih, kamar mandi kecil, tapi karena buat singah untuk ke airport jadi terbilang lumayan. Tidak ada lift, pelayanan ramah, agak lumayan jalan kaki nyari makan an, yang terdekat mcd. Pom bensin untuk supermarket.

The self check instruction is not clear and the room assigned is a room under renovation. Noisy and disturbing from other guest knocking continuously on our door.

Still far from airport especially T1, the staff really not friendly
