There have no wifi

staff was not able to locate my booking. the studio looked dated, and cleanliness was not great. parking spaces were also extremely tight, and instructions to get to the studio was confusing.

There is a beautiful coastal walk just up the road and near the lighthouse is a lovely tearoom with lunches as well.

Despite staying in the spa room option there is no spa, just a normal bath that didn't have jets. The view in the photos is also misleading - the room is located immediately across from the tennis court and pool with little privacy. Some of the cups weren't clean either and had to be washed before use. This was pretty considering the price.

Stayed in Studio 11, beautiful views from the huge balcony, super spacious studio, well kitted out with cutlery, bowls, etc. Just a great place to spend a few days and base yourself to explore the area around Aireys Inlet. Highly recommend.

The studio suite was very comfortable.

Well position in town. Quite. due to weather didnt utilise the pool or tennis court but it looked inviting.

Good set up with enough cutlery, crockery etc for capacity. Comfortable seating areas and enough storage. Access to Villa 5 via ramp was dangerously close to access road (less than 30cm) and around blind corner. Would not stay here again w young kids under 8 as they just don't have the sense to stop and look each time. Ramp was slippery when wet and I fell heavily one night. For this reason would also advise against staying in villa 5 if older- or use stair access only.

Cabin 9 was superb - spacious, clean, cosy. Comes with a bathtub. Heater was strong enough to make the place comfortable. However staff were not responsive and couldn’t be contacted via text.

Quiet & grounds, garden & pool very nice, Alas the studio wasn’t as clean I expected, & the bed was made up poorly, clean linen but not made well at all, which wasn’t very inviting. Also I had no reply to 2 requests for a possible later checkout.

Nice private retreat, walking distance to the beach and the brewery. Property has great amenities - pool, spa, bbq and tennis court. Room was clean and comfortable with nice size bath and shower. Room was very quiet and the bed was super comfortable.
