Room smell like somebody smoke

Very bad service, cleanliness is too bad since my toilet flush didn't work, I'm purchase for family room but service like I'm purchase for store room, I ask the cleaner to check my toilet and inform the management but what did she ask me to use public toilet, what the service you gave me and such a waste, not recommended at all, your bed are smelly, are you just recycle the comforter without wash? Not satisfied at all.

Everything was great. Stayed for 5 nights and everything was okay. They even got housekeeping service, free wifi, tv, pantry.

Customer service is very bad! I don't like!

There are insects and and that's the worst. The toilet makes noise, most probably because of the material of the toilet floor. We don't find any blanket till we're told that the bedsheet is actually a blanket. The lighting is not bright enough. One of the lamp wasn't functioning. The cleanliness level definitely needs to be upgraded.

Bad for single room. Many room don't have electric.

Easy to get grab car and uber. Mamak resto is quite near. Theres also bakery nearby so if you hungry you will not starve.

The TV channels are very limited, and the signal is very bad..blurry images for most channels. When asked at the receptionist, the response was disappointing, like they didn't care about customer satisfaction. Room also lacked amenities. No wardrobe, no mirror, no kettle. Please improve all these. Thank you.

It a corner shop lot, lift is share with other office lot outside in area, if bring luggage it's a bad experience, reception no direct access!.

The hotel and the bathroom are clean. For a single room, it has air-cond, TV and hot water. The room could be more soundproof as sometimes I can hear the sound outside. The morning staffs are nice but the night staff is more strict and serious, but then it could be for the safety. Overall, nice stay for a short period of time.
