There was a terrible fish smell in the cupboard under the sink

Great location and clean. Spacious apartments, but rather worn. Everything functional though. Major let-down is service levels. Reception closes at 12 on Saturdays when check in opens at 2pm. They are supposed to provide a welcome amenity kit, but aince reception is closed, they don't. This ia something they could easily fix, but just don't. There are loads of rules on what you can and can't do

Older block. Pool area and spa are great and good condition. Units all look generally in good condition. Had one with great view out to beach. Would be nice if the owner (29) put in some new beds and oven ( would give it 5 star on that basis). Handy to beach and good spot half way between Burleigh and north Burleigh. Would recommend.

Fantastic location- easy walk to beach and restaurants.

Old dated stained furniture needs replacing. Felt the place was superficially clean and needs a deep clean . Had to remove spider cobwebs dust and muck before closing the blinds . Behind bedroom curtain that was drown I wouldn’t like to say when that was cleaned. Coughing due to air con. Pool and barbecue are looked nice. We booked and paid 2 nights and left the next morning after the first night

This visit was5 years since our last visit to Queensland and we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at Le Beach. We are now planning to make another visit, hopefully next year. The management are excellent; pleasant, communicative and visibly active around the units.

The staff are wonderful, the apartments are kept in really well, pool spa and BBQ facilities are really good. The photos on the web site is exactly what the property and apartment really look like.

Fantastic location and great rooms

Loved the location,apartment,grounds,friendly staff. Didn't like lugging suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. Will request ground floor next time.

Lady at eeception was very helpful and cheerful. A pleasure to deal with.

Stayed for a weekend with friends at Le Beach. Our 2 bedroom apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed the heated spa and pool as well as being given a relaxed check out time so we could enjoy our departure day more

Convenient location and nice pool with very helpful and friendly staff. Shower pressure was extremely weak and ideally each room should have an aircon.

This property was a great location right opposite the beach.

Recently spent 8 days here. Great position , close to everything, facilities were 1st class. will definitely stay here again

Fantastic family friendly apartments that had everything we needed.. Boys loved the morning swims in the pool. Great views of the beach to wake to every morning and drink a cup of coffee on the balcony. A short walk to shops and a hop to the beach and parks for kids.

Great location, easy parking, apartment (no.6) a bit dated, needs some general maintenance, but spacious and comfortable. A mid-stay service, even just a towel change and resupply of tea/coffee, would have been nice. Overall, great stay and would return!
