Very accommodating and the area is near all the food establishments and convenience stores.

The staff are nice accommodating. The only problem is that they "upgraded our room" but a minute later they transfer us because someone wants to occupy our room.

Nice place but the staffs were not polite. They can't even smile and greet us. Upon check out, they checked our room and told us that one small towel were lost and we have to pay 300 for it. So, my friend went back to our room to check and she found the towel in our bed. This is the worst place to stay in Davao City. Imagine, we already packed our things and for that small towel, we opened everything and packed again. Hassle!

The place is wonderful as well as the staff. Highly recommended and better than staying at a hotel.

The place was clean, the room was bigger than what we have expected, the staff were courteous, and most of all, we love the “old yet modern” feel of the ancestral home turned hotel. There was plenty of greenery around and that’s a plus too considering it was a city hotel.

The place is so homey! Cleanliness, service, as well as aesthetics are commendable.

Near restaurants, fast food, and bars. The room is clean. The staff are courteous and very accommodating.

The room was quite noisy, due to it was close to the stairs, can't get much sleep.

It was a nice place surrounded with nature. The staff were accommodating and friendly. They know how to entertain guests pretty well. I'm from Davao but I work in Manila. Now I know where to stay when I go home (staycation). Looking forward to stay there this coming December.
