It was a fantastic hotel. Room is clean and spacious, and also modern-designed. Staff is very friendly. And the hotel is nicely located near the Geneva Lake. Highly recommend to business and families travelers.

Not the room that I booked! No Lake View AT ALL!!!!!

Lovely room, over complicated light switches and AC, not for the financially faint heated with a club sandwich at 35 Swiss francs, should have been a special treat but didn’t feel that way with overattentive staff chasing tips. Communications prior to arrival were very poor. Location not great as had to use the car to go anywhere as to far from the lake. Couldn’t really recommend sadly.

Einfach ein Traum. Leider nur hatten wir Pech mit den Oeffnungszeiten Rooftop und Continentalbrunchen war immer sehr knapp geöffnet und wir konnten es nur kurz geniessen. SPA excellent

Best staff, clean rooms & best breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Savoy hotel. All the staff were friendly and always checked that we had everything we needed. The breakfasts were amazing - such a good choice of delicious food and several waiting staff on hand to serve us. The Japanese garden was a beautiful and relaxing area, with lovely hedges offering privacy to enjoy our drinks in peace. The sky bar had amazing views of the lake and the city and we were welcome to have just drinks there before they served dinner to other guests later on. The spa was immaculate and they had a welcome separate spa for women, with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Our suite was very comfortable with much needed air conditioning. We would gladly return here.

El lobby del hotel y gran parte de la entrada olía a cañería , terrible . El cuarto tenía un olor a baño mal lavado . La cena en los dos restaurantes bastante deficiente . Fría ,sin sabor . Muy mala experiencia .

Great hotel but horrible service. For example, when wanted to do laundry i had to call and remind the 3 (!) times till someone came in 40 (!) minutes. When checking out, the line was about 45-60 min wait When you order something for breakfast they simply forget. All service is very poor. But nice pool, good location and nice fascilities
